METHOD AND APPARATUS FOR POSITIONING HEATING ELEMENTS
An underlayment system is provided that includes a plurality of bosses that emanate form a common base member. The bosses and bases preferably include an opening therethrough that will allow for subsequent layers of adhesive to interact and bond to each other. The bosses are also spaced in such a way to help secure a wire snugly therebetween.
Method and apparatus for positioning heating elements
An underlayment system is provided that includes a plurality of protrusions that extend from a common base member. The protrusions and base member can include an opening therethrough that allows for subsequent layers of material, such as adhesive, to interact and bond to each other. The protrusions are arranged in such a way to contain a wire, string, or heating element, within a receiving area. The arrangement of the protrusions allow for routing of the wire, string, or heating element in a variety of angles, bends, and other routing layouts.
Membrane
The membrane is for use with a planar surface and includes a generally planar member and a plurality of resilient tabs. The generally planar member, in use, is disposed in parallel relation to and adjacent the planar surface and, at least in use, defines a plurality of troughs, the troughs being interconnected to define a planar network of troughs that is disposed parallel to the surface, each trough presenting away from the surface in use and terminating in a common plane that is parallel to and spaced from the surface. The tabs are provided for each of one or more of the troughs, the tab lying in the common plane and spanning at least in part across said each trough.

Method of construction of a wall heating panel and a wall heating panel
The method of construction of a wall heating panel and a wall heating panel consists in constructing an aluminium multi-channel collector, preferably with one phase transition channel, connecting it inseparably with vertical aluminium heating elements, arranging the heating elements in the grooves of a dry wall construction board, preferably magnesium, and filling the space between the grooves and the heating elements with elastic compound, and then applying paperaluminium foil laminate onto the whole surface of the board. A wall heating panel consists of an aluminium collector (1) with stub pipes (2), inside the collector there are horizontal parallel phase transition channels (3) and a water channel (4), the phase transition channel (3) is inseparably connected with the vertical aluminium heating elements (5) which are inserted into the grooves of the dry wall construction board (6), spaces between the grooves and the heating elements are filled with elastic compound (7) and sealed with paperaluminium foil laminate (8), whereas the top part of the collector (1) adjoins the bottom surface of the board (6).

Modular flooring
Provided is a modular flooring, including a fixed frame which is internally provided with a plurality of unit boards, wherein the unit boards include long boards and short boards, and the short boards are shorter than the long boards; the long boards and the short boards are arranged in a transverse row of long and short boards, a plurality of long boards are arranged in a transverse row of long boards, the transverse row of long boards and the transverse row of long and short boards are vertically spaced, and the long boards in the transverse row of long and short boards and the long boards in the transverse row of long boards are vertically staggered; both the long boards and the short boards are made up of a frame and a panel, and props are fixed on the bottom of the rectangular frame.
Floor underlayment for retaining heater cable
A membrane for decoupling heated flooring from a subfloor includes a flexible base and a plurality of projections formed into the base and extending outward from the base. Each projection of the plurality of projections has a perimeter wall defining a height of the projection and a top surface integral with the perimeter wall for supporting a flooring adhesive and/or for bearing a load when the heated flooring is installed. The projections have one flange portion extending from the perimeter wall and effective for retaining a heater cable within a channel formed between each pair of adjacent projections. Each channel may have exactly one flange portion extending over it and forming an overhang for retaining heater cables of different diameters. The corresponding flange portions of adjacent projections do not face in the same direction or the opposite direction, providing for a minimum number of flange portions to be used.
MULTILAYER INSULATING PANEL FOR THE INSTALLATION OF AN ELECTRIC HEATING SYSTEM IN SUBFLOORS OR WALLS
A multilayer insulating panel is for the installation of an electric heating system having electric heating wires in a subfloor or in a wall of a building. The panel includes a main insulating layer including a first surface and a second opposite surface. A sheet made of polymeric material is operatively associated with one of the first or second surfaces. The sheet has a first face and a second opposite face and includes reliefs equally spaced apart on the first face to fix the electric heating wires on the first face in a reversible manner. A connection layer is fixed to the second face of the sheet. The connection layer is interposed between the second face of the sheet and one of the first surface or the second surface of the main layer following the association of the main insulating layer with the polymeric sheet.
