FLOORING MATERIAL SYSTEM
Provided is a flooring material system capable of exerting a high impact absorption capability at the time of falling while at the time of walking, a stability is high and it is easy to walk. The present invention provides a flooring material system for absorbing impact, the flooring material system being characterized by including foundation materials arranged to be used, each of the foundation materials including a top portion layer and a lower portion layer each having a surface substantially parallel to a ground, and a plurality of leg portions with an impact buffer capability, and a distribution material arranged to distribute force applied to the foundation material.
Load distribution and absorption underlayment system with transition features
A load distributing and absorbing system that lies below a barrier layer that is exposed to percussive and/or point-applied forces. The load distributing and absorbing system has one or more load distributing and absorbing tiles. At least some of the tiles have an underlayment infrastructure positioned below a barrier layer. The underlayment infrastructure includes one or more hat-shaped absorbing members. Each has a ceiling primarily for load distribution and a curvilinear wall primarily for load absorption extending from the ceiling. A transition feature is provided to smoothly graduate from one height and type of load distributing and absorbing tile to a load distributing and absorbing tile of another type and height. He system distributes and absorbs forces applied to the barrier layer over a broad area when applied either on a seam between adjacent tiles or within a tile.
INTERLOCKING MODULAR MAT WITH SPONGE INSERT
An interlocking modular mat having four sides has female connectors on two sides and male connectors on the other two sides so that the modular mat can interlock with an adjacent mat and its connectors. The modular mat is configured with a plurality of structures surrounding a periphery of a top portion of the mat. The plurality of structures in combination with an underside of the top portion of the mat form a cavity. A sponge insert is configured to fit in the cavity and have a height such that a portion of the sponge insert extends from a bottom side the mat body. With the sponge insert extending beyond the bottom side of the mat body, the sponge insert bottom face generally become the supporting bottom of the modular mat to provide a more cushioned feel for a mat user.
SCRATCH-RESISTANT FLOOR AND METHOD FOR PRODUCING SAME, AND FLOOR COATING
A floor coating, which is prepared from 55-70% by weight of an epoxy-modified polyurethane resin, 5-10% by weight of Al.sub.2O.sub.3, 10-25% by weight of SiC, 0.4-1% by weight of a leveling agent, 0.3-1% by weight of a dispersant, 5-10% by weight of a solvent and 0.2-0.8% by weight of a curing agent. A degree of polymerization of the epoxy-modified polyurethane resin is 80-100. A scratch-resistant floor and a preparation method thereof are also disclosed herein.
Method and Apparatus for Protecting Building-Related Elements from Collision Damages
The present disclosure is a method and apparatus for protecting building-related elements from collision damages. The apparatus can be designed to withstand high-impact collisions such as those caused by errant operation of heavy equipment. The method and apparatus are intended to be applicable to buildings already constructed and do not have to be implemented or considered before or during building design. In one exemplary embodiment, the apparatus can protect downspouts of warehouse sprinkler systems from collision damage that could result in pipe eruption.
Waterproof and Wear-Resistant Composite Floor and Production Method
A production method for a waterproof and wear-resistant composite floor, comprising: first manufacturing a PVC composite layer preform (3); then performing a corona treatment and a punching treatment on a soft cushion layer (2); and finally, compounding, at one time, the PVC composite layer preform (3), the soft cushion layer (2) and a waterproof substrate layer (1) into one. Said process is simple and easy to implement, shortening the production cycle, reducing the manpower and material resources required by the production process and reducing the production cost; moreover, the waterproof and wear-resistant composite floor produced has a simple structure, and also has very good waterproof and wear-resistant performance; in addition, the waterproof and wear-resistant composite floor will not swell, and will also not split into layers or deform easily.
Aerodynamically stable roof paver system and ballast block therefor
A ballast block is provided with a body and a plurality of fluid receiving channels. The body includes a top surface, a bottom surface positioned opposite the top surface, and a first side extending between the top surface and the bottom surface. The plurality of fluid receiving channels are disposed along the first side in a plurality of units and extending from the top surface to the bottom surface to form a zigzag pattern. Each unit of the plurality of units having an adjacent pair of fluid receiving channels extending at opposing angles toward each other from the top surface to the bottom surface in an approximate V-shape.
MODULAR PAVEMENT SYSTEM WITH A WEAR-PROTECTIVE SYSTEM
This invention generically concerns pavement modules, more specifically a pavement module that includes a protective system against wear and tear of the rigid support elements of the interconnected modules that form the covering of a pavement, or the impact absorbers that integrate or are coupled to the pavement modules. The system consists of a pavement module with an upper side and a wear-protective system consisting of a protective shoe.
MODULAR PAVEMENT SYSTEM WITH RESILIENT CUSHIONING SYSTEM
This invention refers generically to pavement modules, more specifically to a pavement module that includes a resilient cushioning system to cushion the impacts caused by users in the interconnected modules that form the covering of a pavement. The system consists of a pavement module with an upper side and a resilient cushioning system that integrates a cushioning spike.
Rubber flooring and method for producing rubber flooring for heavy animal maintenance and care facilities
A encapsulation system incorporating a polymer repair mixture with quartz sand that enables an underlying monolithic membrane to fully encapsulate an entire mat into a concrete surface allowing for resilient bond which holds up to the weight and force of Rhinoceros, Hippopotamus, Giraffe and Elephants. Use of such durable flooring of the present invention may be suitable to a diverse array of situations requiring a hard-wearing material, such as zoos, veterinary hospitals, animal transport trailers, quality stall systems, healthcare, arena footing, supermarkets, gymnasiums and schools, as well as other commercial, institutional and sporting uses.
