Load bearing components and safety deck of an integrated construction system
Various implementations described herein are directed to a load bearing ledger fitting, a modular header beam, a perimeter safety deck, a multi-purpose bearing plate, and a mega-shore bearing plate of an integrated construction system.
Support system for use in construction
A support system for for supporting a work surface, such as a floating roof during maintenance of the associated tank. More particularly, the present disclosure is directed to providing a system composed on elements which can be transported without constrictive spaces, assembled within work area, and employed to provide support to a structure above and to provide a safe working environment therein. . The support system includes four support members, each having a jack, a lower, and a cap, eight connectors which fix the support members in relation to one another and provide rigidity, and may include two connecting shafts to permit simultaneous adjustment of two jacks on a side of the support system.
Adjustable Base for a Multi-Purpose Scaffold
A stabilization component is described for a lightweight scaffold having a pair of ladder frames supporting an adjustable platform. Each ladder frame has two vertical supports connected by cross members. An outrigger, which is formed as a triangular frame, is releasably connected to each vertical support via a channel that fits around the vertical support and one or more mechanical fasteners. One or more ground-engaging members are removably secured to the outrigger. When installed, the outriggers increase the footprint size of the lightweight scaffold thereby reducing shaking and swaying of the lightweight scaffold.
Support Apparatus
A support apparatus 1 for supporting a user in an elevated working position above a ground surface G comprises a frame 60 for supporting a floor portion 20 of the support apparatus and a plurality of leg members 40a, 40b mounted to the frame 60 for supporting the frame above the ground surface G. Each leg member has a foot portion 42 for engaging the ground surface G. Each leg member is rotatably mounted to the frame for rotation about a rotational axis which is substantially perpendicular to the width and the length of the frame and each leg member extends from the frame in a radial direction of the rotational axis, whereby the foot portion is offset from the rotational axis.
AIRCRAFT WING GANTRY SYSTEM
A moveable wing gantry for servicing a wing of an aircraft is configured to be positioned around a wing of an aircraft to provide access to overwing and underwing surfaces of the wing of the aircraft. The wing gantry includes a service deck positioned underneath the wing of the aircraft. An operator platform is moveably attached to the service deck and operable to move along the length of the service deck. A chair support is moveably attached to the operator platform and operable to move across the operator platform in a direction substantially perpendicular to the length of the service deck. The wing gantry includes a pivotable span platform positioned above the wing of the aircraft and pivotable between a raised position and a lowered position. The wing gantry is customizable to different aircraft wing types and styles.
AIR CYLINDER DRIVEN MOBILE ASSEMBLY SUPPORT UNIT
A mobile assembly support unit that includes an assembly line sync mechanism having a line engagement unit coupled to a rotatable sync arm, a propulsion unit having a propulsion wheel and a propulsion motor, a translation arm coupled to the propulsion unit and engageable with the rotatable sync arm, and an air cylinder coupled to the propulsion unit. The air cylinder is actuatable between a retracted position and an extended position such that when the air cylinder is in the retracted position, the translation arm is engaged with the rotatable sync arm and the propulsion unit is in a lifted position and when the air cylinder is in the extended position, the translation arm is disengaged with the rotatable sync arm and the propulsion unit is in a descended position.
Funicular arched steel truss falsework
A scaffold having an opposing pair of half funicular trusses that are detachably or pivotably connected in the middle to establish a funicular arched truss is provided, where when in a detached or pivoted state, storage and transporting a plurality of the half funicular trusses is simplified.
WORK PLATFORM
A work platform includes a frame and a deck. The frame has a plurality of frame members that are interconnected. The frame members define a trough that extends a length of the frame and is configured to accommodate a refueling boom of an aircraft such that the refueling boom extends through the frame within the trough. The deck is mounted to the frame to provide a stand. The deck includes a first deck panel and a second deck panel spaced apart from each other to define an opening to the trough.
Scaffold Having Lift Apparatus
A lift apparatus includes a ladder assembly having a first ladder end portion and a second ladder end portion extending upwardly from a base framework, each end portion having a pair of upstanding support legs and a plurality of rungs. The lift apparatus includes a platform that is slidably coupled to respective support legs of respective ladder end portions, the platform having a floor surface capable of supporting a person. The lift apparatus include a motorized pulley system operable for raising and lowering the platform relative to the ladder end portions via a controller accessible to the worker while standing on the platform.
Scaffold stabilizer
A stabilizer, especially for a typical interior style baker scaffold, painters scaffold, and the like; used in homes and or buildings largely by various trades reduces the undesired movement of the scaffold. The stabilizer includes a first C-shaped coupler to secure a support bar at a first bar end and a second C-shaped coupler to support a second bar end to the scaffold. This stabilizer will adapt to the typical scaffold frame, and works to eliminate the wobble, wiggle, shake and sway from the scaffold when it is erected as a single piece or as multiple pieces stacked on top of themselves for additional height.
