Bracket scaffold
10865575 · 2020-12-15 · ·

A bracket scaffold for arrangement on a curved surface of a structure includes a first securing element arranged on the structure. The bracket scaffold has an end-side first coupling element which is, in particular in a limited manner, pivotably arranged on a first carrier of the bracket scaffold. A rotation axis of the first coupling element preferably intersects with the support location of the first coupling element on the first securing element. The pivot radius of the first coupling element describes in particular a concave pivot arc on the first carrier. The rotation axis is located from the first guide preferably in the direction of the free end of the first coupling element. Extension torques in the articulation, which is formed by the first guide, are minimized by the bracket scaffold being pulled away from the structure.

Lifting and carrying system for maintaining building facades

Lifting devices for residential, public and industrial buildings and structures, and more specifically, lifting and carrying systems for maintaining building facades, having rail or mast-type guides, which are arranged on the external wall of the building and equipped with teeth, and a lifting device with a drive including a motor with a gearbox, and a toothed wheel mounted on the drive shaft of the gearbox to engage with the teeth of the guides so that, when the toothed wheel rotates, the lifting device moves along the guides. The shapes of the guides duplicate that of the building, and they are attached to the building by brackets passing through the building facade and secured to load-bearing structures of the building. The lifting device has a platform, each edge of which is hinged to a frame connecting two carriages each having a system of guiding thrust rollers supported on the guides.

AN APPARATUS FOR MOVEMENT ALONG A TOWER STRUCTURE
20200340455 · 2020-10-29 ·

An apparatus (1) for movement along a tower structure (11) is disclosed, the apparatus (1) being configured to be arranged at least partly circumferentially around the tower structure (11). The apparatus (1) comprises a plurality of sliding rails (2) and a frame structure comprising a plurality of frame elements (3). Each frame element (3) is slidably connected to at least one of the sliding rails (2), and the frame elements (3) and the sliding rails (2) are interconnected to form a scissor structure. An upwardly directed lifting force applied, by means of a hoisting mechanism (8), at connecting points (10) at or near positions where the frame elements (3) are connected to the sliding rails (2), in combination with gravity working on the frame structure, causes the frame elements (3) to slide along the sliding rails (2), thereby causing the scissor structure to contract or expand to adjust a diameter of the frame structure to an outer diameter of a tower structure (11) having the apparatus (1) mounted thereon.

External ladder assembly for wind turbine nacelle

An external ladder assembly for a nacelle of a wind turbine includes at least one ladder having parallel side legs and a plurality of rungs arranged between the parallel side legs. The ladder assembly also includes a ladder platform arranged with the ladder and configured for placement atop the nacelle. Further, the ladder assembly includes a mounting assembly for affixing the ladder platform atop the nacelle. More specifically, the mounting assembly is adjustable between multiple positions so as to level the ladder platform atop the nacelle. Thus, the ladder assembly provides access to one or more uptower, external features of the wind turbine.
