Systems and methods for removing precipitation from an exterior of a building
This disclosure relates to systems, methods and apparatuses for removing precipitation from an exterior of a building in an expedited and automated fashion. The precipitation removal system includes one or more sweeper assemblies and one or more hoisting assemblies. The sweeper assemblies are suspended from the roof, ledge or other portion of a building. The hoisting assemblies assist the sweeper assemblies with vertically traversing the exterior of the building. As a sweeper assembly vertically traverses the side of the building, precipitation that accumulates on the exterior of the building is removed. The sweeper assemblies can remove precipitation from connecting structures on the exterior of the building which are used by building maintenance personnel to perform maintenance operations on the exterior of the building.
Method for demolishing a building
A method for demolishing a building, where the building comprises a building base placed in proximity of a ground, or placed on the ground, and an opposite building top or temporary building top arranged away from the building base, as well as building floors. The equipment used in the method includes a platform adapted to be positioned against the top of the building, avoiding ground support devices which extend from the platform to the base of the building or the ground surrounding the building. The platform includes at least one working scaffold adapted to be arranged along the periphery of the building and to face at least one floor of said building. The working scaffold is supported, hung, on the platform so that it descends along the side wall of the building to border the works for demolishing the building.
METHOD AND APPARATUS FOR CONSTRUCTING A CONCRETE STRUCTURE IN STAGES
Various implementations comprise a method and apparatus for constructing a concrete structure in stages. In various implementations, an apparatus includes a base, a support column located on the base, and a movable scaffolding rotatably coupled to a top of the support column. According to various other implementations, a method for assembling a tower stage includes: (1) providing a base platform; (2) coupling a pole to the base platform; (3) disposing two or more staves around the pole; (4) coupling the staves together to form the tower stage; and (5) removing the tower stage from the platform.

Anchoring system for anchoring a climbing head of a climbing scaffold to a concrete slab
An anchoring system and method for anchoring a climbing head to a concrete slab. The anchoring system includes a support and adjustment means for adjusting the positioning of the support with respect to anchoring means of the support. The adjustment means includes a first element fixed to the support, a second element fixed to the anchoring means, both the first element and second element being coupled to one another through a plurality of respective teeth forming a laterally detachable attachment which allows varying the relative longitudinal position of the first element with respect to the second element through the engagement of the corresponding teeth (32, 36) regulating the positioning of the support with respect to the anchoring means.
Articulating Work Platform Support System, Work Platform System, and Methods of Use Thereof
The invention includes a work platform and support system that includes a hub and joist configuration, wherein the hubs and joists are capable of articulation, or pivoting. One method of installation allows for sections of new work platform system to be extended from an existing suspended work platform system. The system is also capable of supporting, without failure, its own weight and at least four times the maximum intended load applied to it.
CAGE APPARATUS FOR CONSTRUCTION
Disclosed herein is a cage apparatus for construction, which includes: a cage base having a base frame supporting a base foothold to carry out frame work of a building; and a cage gondola unit arranged to be operated relative to the cage base to carry out exterior finish work of the building.
Lift drive for a rail-guided cantilever construction device
A lift drive for a rail-guided cantilever construction device. The cantilever construction device comprises a main frame guided by at least one rail for receiving at least one formwork. The lift drive comprises a lift device, a first end of the lift device is designed to be connected to the main frame, and a second lift device end opposite the first end can be moved relative to the main frame when the first end of the lift device is connected to the main frame; a first fixing device connected to the first end of the lift device and designed to fix the first end of the lift device with respect to the at least one rail; and a second fixing device connected to the second end of the lift device and designed to fix the second end of the lift device with respect to the at least one rail.
Bridge maintenance vehicle with hinge-connected type hanging bracket and capable of avoiding bridge-side obstacles
A bridge maintenance vehicle with a hinge-connected hanging bracket for avoiding bridge-side obstacles comprises an unwheeling and a suspension arm. The unwheeling comprises a vehicle frame chassis. The suspension arm is a C-shaped hanging bracket. The vehicle frame chassis is connected to a lower end of a strut in a hinged manner through a longitudinal shaft hinge and a longitudinal shaft. A protruding end of a lower cross beam of the C-shaped hanging bracket is provided with at least a fixing point for a lifting rope or a lifting rope winding/unwinding device. A vehicle frame stringer is fixed at an upper end of the strut. A hanging bracket longitudinal beam is fixed at an upper end of a vertical rod of the C-shaped hanging bracket. The hanging bracket longitudinal beam and the vehicle frame stringer are movably connected with each other into a whole through at least two cross beams.
