Rigging lift and method of use
A method of constructing a structure in which an item is to be installed at an elevated height on the structure. Hoists are hung from the structure. A platform is moved from ground level and positioned at a first elevated position between ground level and the hoists. The platform is attached to the hoists at the first elevated position. After the platform has been attached to the hoists, the item is moved onto the platform. The item is lifted on the platform to a second elevated position for installation at the elevated height on the structure and the item is installed at the elevated height.
WORKER SUPPORT APPARATUS FOR CONICAL ROOF CONSTRUCTION
An apparatus supporting workers assembling a conical roof includes a central support column, a pivot frame pivotally supported at a top end of the support column, and a stair assembly having an upper end coupled to the pivot frame such that the stair assembly is pivotal together with the pivot frame relative to the support column. The lower end of the stair assembly is supported on wheels for rolling on the building floor. A worker support platform is also carried on the pivot frame to pivot with the stairs. A roof support frame extends above the pivot frame, in fixed relation to the support column to support an apex of the conical roof thereon while the stairs and platform remain pivotal. This arrangement ensures that the stair assembly can be easily aligned with any selected rafters of the roof during construction while remaining safely supported relative to the support column.

AN EXTENDABLE NEEDLE DAVIT ASSEMBLY
An extendable needle davit assembly has an extendable beam comprising a fixed beam portion, and a telescopic beam portion slidably receivable within a distal end of the fixed beam portion. An intermediate lateral bracing frame holds the extendable beam at an angle. The fixed beam portion is a single-piece construction, and a proximal end of the fixed beam portion is anchored. An upper end of the bracing frame is attached to a distal attachment point of the fixed beam portion, such that a distal portion of the fixed beam portion extends beyond the bracing frame. A lower portion of the bracing frame is attached to a proximal attachment point of the fixed beam portion by means of a rear brace.
Remote facade inspection gantry
A facade gantry allows for close inspection of a facade using remotely operated cameras, probes, and/or sampling devices. These devices are located in a housing that is positioned in front of a facade by a system of cables, from which it is suspended, that allow for movement in any direction in a plane. Two cables are attached to the housing containing the sensors and tools and are wound onto two separate spools located on the roof at the vertical boundaries of the inspection area. By winding and unwinding these spools, the housing can be raised, lowered, and moved from side to side. The invention further has an optional shed located on the ground that protects pedestrians in the case of a suspension system failure. The shed moves to maintain a position directly under the housing. The gantry optionally allows for repair of the facade by using remotely operated repair tools.
HEIGHT ACCESSIBLE WORKING PLATFORM WITH HORIZONTALLY DISPLACEABLE CRADLE
The present disclosure relates to a height accessible working platform. The disclosed working platform generally comprises a frame attachable to a lifting system for being moveable along the vertical axis and suspended thereto;a cradle; a first arm structure having a proximal end terminated to the frame and an distal end attached to the cradle, the first arm structure being extendable and retractable to displace the cradle respectively away from and closer towards one of lateral sides of the frame along a first axis substantially perpendicular to the vertical axis; and a counterweight mechanism mounting at one lateral side of the frame opposing to the cradle, the counterweight mechanism being configured to balance the working platform corresponding to displacement of the cradle along the first axis.
Mobile platform carrying system
A mobile platform carrying system is configured to be adjusted to remain level. The mobile platform carrying system includes a chassis, attached to a front axle assembly and a rear axle assembly. The front axle assembly includes a front axle housing through which a front axle telescoping portion extends. A first front wheel housing is joined to the front axle telescoping portion, and a first front actuator. The first front actuator is adapted to adjust a front linear position of the first front wheel housing relative to the chassis. A first front wheel is joined to the first front wheel housing with a first front hinge. The rear axle assembly is similarly arranged.

REMOTE-CONTROLLED SHINGLE INSTALLATION JACK
The shingle installation jack devices may be mounted once at a first roof level, providing support for the walk board. When installation or repair of the shingles is complete at the first level of the roof, the shingle installation jack devices may be operated in tandem to raise the level of the walk board to a second level of the roof. Shingle installation and/or repair may then be carried out at this second roof level without the need to re-mount the walk board supports at the second level. The shingle installation jack devices may also be run in reverse to lower the walk boards. The shingle installation device includes a frame and utilizes a winch motor to adjust the effective length of a cable and thus adjustably raise or lower the walk boards to any desired roof level.
