A formwork assembly including a plurality of formwork elements defining a concrete-receiving space, at least one of the plurality of formwork elements comprising a first panel, at least one support waler configured to receive at least one vertical fixation element and comprising a second panel, a horizontal fixation element configured to engage with the first panel and the second panel such that rotation of the horizontal fixation element allows for the at least one vertical fixation element to be freely removed from the at least one support waler after curing of concrete in the concrete-receiving space.

Modular, six-axis-adjustable, concrete-pour form-structure system
10066403 · 2018-09-04 · ·

A precision fabrication form system for preparing a poured-concrete (with upwardly projecting anchor bolts) footing for anchorably supporting the base of an elongate, upright, structural-frame column. The system includes a reversibly stackable plurality of independent, intercooperative, fabrication-form templatesgrade, pedestal, base-plate, anchor-bolt and centerlinereversibly assembleable in a predetermined stack order above a prepared ground excavation into which concrete pouring to be associated with such a footing is to occur, certain ones of these templates being infinitely adjustable relative to one another and to the ground in both pre-pour and post-pour conditions to accommodate staged, precision, X-axis, Y-axis, Z-axis, and pitch, roll and yaw axes dispositions for the concrete and anchor bolts in such a footing.

Mold for modular units for insulating concrete forms
10053876 · 2018-08-21 · ·

Embodiments of modular building units (blocks) are disclosed that can be stacked to provide insulating concrete forms (ICFs). The blocks are formed of a foamed polymer material, such as foamed polyurethane. The blocks, when assembled together in an ICF, are configured to form one or more vertical columns of concrete and one or more horizontal beams of concrete intersecting the one or more columns, in a manner of post and beam construction. The blocks can be tightly interlocked with other blocks in a construction process. The disclosed blocks can include significant interior space for rebar and concrete to be inserted to construct the structure. Molds and methods for producing modular units are also disclosed. The molds and methods enable rapid production and removal of modular building units from the molds. Methods of constructing structures using the modular building units are also disclosed.
