Concrete forming system filler bars with bolt plate assembly
A filler panel assembly for use with a concrete forming system comprising one or more filler bar assemblies having a panel element disposed therebetween. Each of the filler bar assemblies is secured to the panel element. Each filler bar assembly includes a filler bar having a flange portion and a longitudinally extending and one or more bolt plate assemblies. Each bolt assembly includes a bolt plate having a main body that has an aperture formed therein and a pair of opposed flanges that are formed in a front surface of the main body and which extend outwardly from a rear surface thereof, a nut element, and a shoulder bolt element.
FORMWORK MECHANISM FOR CASTING AND MOULDING CONCRETE WHICH COMPRISES A COFFER WITH A SHEET AND FOUR PLATES DISPOSED ON THE PERIMETER OF THE SHEET
The present invention corresponds to a formwork mechanism for casting and molding concrete, comprising a coffer having a sheet and four plates arranged around the sheet perimeter. Each plate has holes arranged on its front face. Also, the formwork mechanism includes a structural element, connected to one of the plates by fixing means. On the other hand, the structural element has lateral perforations that are aligned with the holes of one of the coffer plates. Fixing means pass through the holes and side holes. The structural element may be a beam, a three or four-beam T, and combinations thereof. On the other hand, using several coffers interconnected with structural elements, formworks are constructed for casting flat reticular slabs; and also for curved reticular slabs with greater slab thickness near the beams supporting the slabs in comparison to the span of the slabs.

Various implementations described herein are directed to a formwork system. In one implementation, the formwork system includes aluminum extrusions and aluminum castings. The aluminum castings and the aluminum extrusions can be assembled by being pressed and riveted together.

A building formwork apparatus includes a building formwork having a frame with a positioning hole and a locking hole, and a locking member including a first tapered section, a second tapered section connected to the first tapered section, and a threaded portion connected to the second tapered section. The positioning hole is configured to receive insertion of the locking member therethrough such that the first tapered section is retained therein and the second tapered section is exposed therefrom for connection with another building formwork apparatus. The locking hole is configured to receive a threaded portion and a second tapered section of a locking member of the another building formwork apparatus.
Modular building formwork apparatus with an interlocking device
A modular building formwork apparatus includes a formwork wall and at least one interlocking device. The formwork wall includes a wall plate and a frame disposed on the wall plate. The frame has an aligning hole and a locking hole. The interlocking device includes a housing unit, a rotation transferring unit, a transmitting unit and a locking member. The rotation transferring unit has an input shaft and an output shaft. The transmitting unit is movable relative to and rotatable about the output shaft. The locking member has a head portion, a positioning portion and a threaded portion. The locking member is insertable into the aligning hole to permit the threaded portion to threadedly engage in the locking hole.

Concrete form assemblies having insulating foam panels are created using locking members embedded within the insulating foam panels and ties each having a pair of side rails for coupling two insulating foam panels together at a predetermined distance apart, the locking members and side rails being adapted so that either side rail can be coupled to either locking member and either of the ends of the rails and locking members can be toward the top or bottom of the assembly when the rails are coupled to the locking members.

A formwork apparatus defining a formwork space for forming a slab is disclosed. The apparatus comprises at least one lower formwork member and at least one upper formwork member and a plurality of formwork brackets. Each formwork bracket has a connection arrangement for operatively connecting the bracket to the lower and upper formwork members. The formwork brackets are configured to space the upper and lower formwork members a certain distance apart from each other along their length such that the formwork members extend parallel to each other. An apparatus for positioning an anchor for a construction member such as a reinforcing rod in a slab when it is cast is also disclosed.

The present disclosure relates to a formwork anchor receptacle for arrangement on a bearing element of a formwork element, having a receptacle element, which has a receptacle opening for insertion of an anchor rod and a ball section for mounting on the mounting element of the formwork element, and having a retaining apparatus for retaining the receptacle element on the bearing element of the formwork element, wherein the retaining apparatus has a spacer element for contacting the bearing element of the formwork element, wherein the spacer element has an mounting opening for mounting on the receptacle element and a formwork device having such a formwork anchor receptacle.
