The compensation waler assembly (400) includes a first bar (702-1), a second bar (702-2) disposed above the first bar (702-1), and a pair of hook sub-assemblies (704) disposed between the first bar (702-1) and the second bar (702-2). Each hook sub-assembly (704) is adapted to be engaged with one of the pair of formwork panels (200). Each hook sub-assembly (704) includes a hook-shaped portion (902) formed at one end of the hook sub-assembly (704) and adapted to be removably engaged with a slot formed in the respective formwork panel (200). The hook sub-assembly (704) further includes a distal portion (904) formed at the opposite end of the hook sub-assembly (704) and comprising a slot (706), and a locking component (708) adapted to be accommodated in the slot (706) to secure the hook sub-assembly (704) on the respective formwork panel (200).

Alignment clamp and tie rod connector assembly for formwork panels

An alignment clamp sub-assembly (402) for connecting and aligning a pair of formwork panels (200) with each other is disclosed. The alignment clamp sub-assembly (402) includes a base component (502) to be disposed on a joint between a first formwork panel (200-1) and a second formwork panel (200-2). The base component (502) includes a first slot (504) formed on atop surface, and a second slot (508) formed on a front surface and adapted to receive a tie rod (406) in a lateral direction. The alignment clamp sub-assembly (402) includes a wedge (512) adapted to be received in a vertical direction in the first slot (504). The wedge (512) is inserted to lock the base component (502) on the joint and form the second slot (508) for receiving the tie rod (406).

Turnbuckle for Tensioning Frame Formwork Elements

The invention relates to a turnbuckle (1) for bracing frame formwork elements (2), comprising a first clamping device (7) which has a crossmember (9) and a first clamping jaw (10). The crossmember (9) has a toothed section (12) comprising a row of track teeth (13) which are arranged one behind the other and extend in parallel with one another. The turnbuckle (1) furthermore has a second clamping device (8) with a second clamping jaw (14) and a guide device (19). The second clamping device (8) can be moved in a bracing direction along the crossmember (9) towards the first clamping jaw (10). The turnbuckle (1) further has a wedge (20) which can be displaced in a guided manner by the guide device (19) along a wedge insertion direction and can be brought into engagement with at least one of the track teeth (13) in order to fix the two clamping devices (7, 8) in a bracing position with respect to one another. The guide device (19) has a cross brace (21) which can be displaced transversely to the wedge insertion direction between an unlocking position and a locking position. The crossmember (21) is designed and arranged in such a way that the cross brace (21) in the locking position limits a stroke of the wedge (20) in a direction orthogonal to the toothed section (12) in such a way that the wedge (20) in the clamping position can be brought into engagement with the at least one track tooth (13). The cross brace (21) enables a greater stroke of the wedge (20) in the unlocking position.

Wedge-clip connector assembly

A connector assembly (400) for connecting a pair of formwork panels (200) with each other is disclosed. The connector assembly (400) includes a base component (402) having an arm, a first opening (602) formed on the arm, and a locking portion (406) formed at an end of the arm and adapted to be removably inserted in a second opening formed by alignment of respective slots (204) of the pair of formwork panels (200). The connector assembly (400) further includes a handle component (404) adapted to be partially disposed in the base component (402) through the first opening (602) formed on the arm. The handle component (404) is adapted to be operated to rotate the arm such that the locking portion (406) is rotated within the second opening (502) to partially lock the base component (402) in the second opening (502) for connecting the pair of formwork panels (200).

CORNER FORMWORK SYSTEM
