Drill stake and accessories for concrete form construction
Embodiments of the invention are stakes for securing concrete-casting forms to the ground (e.g., compacted earth and compacted gravel surfaces), which can be inserted and removed easily by using an impact drill or hammer drill. Modular concrete casting forms and other accessories are also described and claimed.
HOLDER FOR HOLDING A RAILING COMPONENT ON A CEILING FORMWORK PANEL
A holder for holding an object on a formwork panel, in particular for holding a railing component on a ceiling formwork panel, wherein the holder is configured for being affixed to the formwork panel, and the formwork panel has two longitudinal edge supports and two transverse edge supports,
wherein the holder has a first arm that is configured for engaging with a longitudinal edge support of the formwork panel and a second arm that extends transverse to the first arm, forms an angle space together with the first arm, and is configured for engaging with the second arm,
wherein the first arm has a first projection for being introduced into an opening of the longitudinal edge support on its side facing the angle space, and the second arm has a second projection for being introduced into an opening of the transverse edge support on its side facing the angle space.
STACKING CLIP FOR CONCRETE FORMING PANEL SYSTEMS
A stacking clip suitable for use with a concrete forming system having one or more frame elements having one or more ribs formed on a rail. The stacking clip allows an extension component to be coupled to the stacking clip and to hence extend the height or the width of the frame element.
LOOP TIE FOR CONCRETE FORMING PANEL SYSTEMS
A tie rod suitable for use with a concrete forming system, comprising one or more button rod elements, wherein the button rod element has an elongated main body having a first end region having a head portion, an opposed second end region having an anchor portion, and an intermediate region, wherein the second end region or the intermediate region has one or more relatively flat cut-outs formed therein. The tie rod also includes a continuous fiber wound about the anchor point and the cut-outs to form the tie rod.
Turnbuckle for Tensioning Frame Formwork Elements
A turnbuckle for tensioning frame formwork elements, the turnbuckle comprising a first clamping apparatus which has a crosspiece and a first clamping jaw. The crosspiece has a guide portion comprising a row of track teeth which are arranged behind one another and extend in parallel with one another. The turnbuckle also has a second clamping apparatus which has a second clamping jaw. The second clamping apparatus can be shifted in a tensioning direction along the longitudinal axis of the crosspiece towards the first clamping jaw. The track teeth extend in each case in an arc from a first longitudinal edge of the crosspiece towards a second longitudinal edge of the crosspiece. The second clamping apparatus has at least one support tooth which extends in an arc and can be rotated about a rotational shaft.
Formwork System for a Wall Element, Comprising a Free-Standing Frame Section
A formwork system for a wall element, comprising at least one formwork panel, at least one connection component, and at least one frame section, wherein the connection component comprises at least one frame interface, which is designed to be releasably connected to a frame section, and at least one formwork interface, which is designed to be releasably connected to the formwork panel. The at least one connection component is connected here with its frame interface to the frame section, and the connection component is connected with its formwork interface to the at least one formwork panel. The connection between the connection component and the formwork panel and/or the connection between the connection component and the frame section is designed to be releasable when the system is constructed, and the frame section can be separated from the formwork panel.
Formwork System for a Wall Element, Comprising a Combination of Formwork and a Frame Section
When the system is constructed, the frame section supports and positions the formwork panel, and the system can be used in a free-standing manner. A method for producing a wall element using such a system.
CONCRETE FORM STRIPPING TOOL
A tool for removing, from a set concrete wall, a concrete form of a type having a discontinuous structure is provided. The tool comprises a lever arm, comprising an engagement portion and a grasping portion. The engagement portion is positioned near one end of the lever arm, and the grasping portion is positioned near an opposite end of the lever arm. An engagement member is secured to the engagement portion. The engagement member is configured to engage the discontinuous structure. A pivoting member is mounted on the lever arm proximate the engagement portion. The pivoting member defines a pivot point around which the lever arm may rotate, whereby the engagement member will apply force to the discontinuous structure tending to pull the concrete form away from the set concrete wall when the engagement portion of the lever arm is pulled away from the set concrete wall when the engagement member is in engagement with the discontinuous structure.
Wall formwork with coupling device
According to the invention a wall formwork (1, 2) for the production walls consisting of concrete having a coupling device (4, 10), by means of which the wall formwork (1, 2) may be coupled to another wall formwork which is arranged adjacent or above is provided. The coupling device (4, 10) ispreferably detachablycoupled to the wall formwork (1, 2) and is especially coupled to a supporting element (2) of the wall formwork (1, 2). By coupled it is meant that the coupling device (4, 10) may even kept coupled to the wall formwork (1, 2) when the coupling device (4, 10) will not be used for coupling the wall formwork (1, 2) to another wall formwork. By way of coupling between the coupling device (4, 10) and the wall formwork (1, 2), during installation, a coupling device (4, 10) will immediately be available, if the wall formwork (1, 2) is to be coupled to another wall formwork by the coupling device (4, 10). By this, assembling will be promoted. Also realization of disassembling may be promoted, since the coupling device (4, 10) does not have to be deposited nor handled separately. For disassembling detachment of the coupling device (4, 10) from the wall formwork (1, 2) which is arranged adjacent or above will be sufficient.
Connecting Component and System for Shuttering a Wall Element
