Concrete wall forming system and method thereof
A tie system and method for forming a wall from a hardenable building material over a footing. The tie system includes multiple wall ties configured to be directly interconnected to form a wall tie stack such that multiple wall tie stacks can be positioned over the footing in a spaced apart, vertically extending arrangement. Each wall tie includes first and second planar surfaces to be directly fastened to respective first and second panel structures. In one embodiment, the tie system includes tabs for supporting multiple insulation panels positioned between the vertically extending tie stacks and between the first and second panel structures.
CONCRETE FORM SYSTEM AND METHOD
A concrete form system including a barrier, a connection member, and a wall-base mold. In operation, two rows of barriers are connected with a connection member to define a channel for a concrete mixture. The concrete mixture is poured into the channel to form and set. The wall-base mold may be used to provide an additional extension to the channel used in construction. The wall-base mold is useful to aid in the construction of a residential building. The concrete form system is useful for providing a reusable concrete form.
CONCRETE FORM BRACKET FOR USE IN CASTING A FOUNDATION WALL INTEGRAL WITH A FLOOR
A concrete form bracket for a concrete form having an outer form wall and an inner form wall for defining an outer surface and an inner surface of a perimeter foundation wall. The bracket is a rigid, metal, frame member, having a first upright leg portion joined to the outer form wall, a second upright leg portion joined to the inner form wall, and a bridge portion connected between the first and second upright leg portions. The bracket has fastener apertures for fastening the first and second leg portions to wood material of the respective outer and inner form walls in a manner that allows the inner form wall to be suspended from the brackets which are in turn supported on the outer form wall such that the inner form wall is entirely supported on the outer form wall.
Apparatus to install vertical rebar in footings
An apparatus or assembly for use in a construction environment comprises an angled stabilization bracket and at least one clip removably mounted to the stabilization bracket. The angled stabilization bracket comprises a top portion having a first longitudinal edge and a second longitudinal edge opposing the first longitudinal edge, and a first side portion angularly extending from the first longitudinal edge; and a clip-receiving slot defined in the first side portion of the angled stabilization bracket. The at least one clip is slidably and removably disposed in the clip-receiving slot. The at least one clip further comprising at least one rebar-receivable and rebar-guiding passageway. The at least one clip is configured to receive and retain at least one rebar. The angled stabilization bracket is configured for attachment to a structure. The assembly is configured for use to ensure accurate placement or registration of vertical rebar in a construction environment.

Concrete form assembly
Concrete form assemblies having insulating foam panels are created using locking members embedded within the insulating foam panels and ties each having a pair of side rails for coupling two insulating foam panels together at a predetermined distance apart, the locking members and side rails being adapted so that either side rail can be coupled to either locking member and either of the ends of the rails and locking members can be toward the top or bottom of the assembly when the rails are coupled to the locking members.
FOUNDATION FORM, DRAINAGE AND VENTILATION SYSTEM THEREFOR AND METHOD OF FORMING
A system for retaining a flowable and curable building material to form a portion of a foundation includes side walls disposed in a predetermined configuration having a first side wall and a second side wall, and at least one component having an interior cavity disposed in one of the side walls. A bracket assembly includes an outwardly bounding reinforcement post for each of the side walls, a separator bar having a plurality of apertures sized to receive and retain each of the reinforcement posts at locations corresponding to nominal widths of the at least one component. A barrier is disposed between the outwardly bounding posts. The barrier and the component in the side wall is retained in the foundation after the building material cures. The barrier prevents backfill from filling a volume between the outwardly bounding posts.

CONCRETE FORMING SYSTEM
A concrete form assembly that includes a shaping assembly with a number of generally planar panels, and, a retaining assembly with a number of whaler clamp assemblies and a number of whaler cleat assemblies.
