PORTABLE GROUT DEVICE
A portable grout device is provided. The device includes a grout hopper, a cylindrical tube portion connected to and operable to receive grout from the grout hopper, and a drive shaft and auger assembly within the cylindrical tube portion. The drive shaft and auger assembly includes a central shaft and a helical auger screw operable to push the grout out of an end of the cylindrical tube portion.
MOBILE CONCRETE DISTRIBUTION SYSTEM
A mobile concrete distribution system having a chassis, a primary boom member, an auxiliary boom member, and a concrete conduit pipe. The primary boom member is rotatably connected to a main slew drive, elongated, and extends both rearwardly and forwardly of the main slew drive. The auxiliary boom member is rotatably connected to the primary boom member at a distal end of the front section of the primary boom member via a secondary slew drive, which is configured to enable the auxiliary boom member to rotate three hundred sixty degrees relative to the primary boom member. The concrete conduit pipe extends upwardly from the main slew drive, along an entire length of the front section of the primary boom member, vertically through the secondary slew drive, and along an entire length of the auxiliary boom member.
METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING WIND TURBINE TOWER STRUCTURE WITH EMBEDDED REINFORCEMENT ELEMENTS
A system for manufacturing a structure includes a supporting frame assembly moveable in a vertical direction of the structure. Further, the system includes an additive printing assembly secured to the supporting frame assembly. The additive printing assembly includes at least one printer head configured to dispense a first cementitious material. The system also includes a reinforcement dispensing assembly supported by the supporting frame assembly. Thus, the reinforcement dispensing assembly is configured to automatically and continuously dispense a plurality of reinforcing members as the structure is printed and built up via the at least one printer head and as the supporting frame assembly moves in the vertical direction.
Vehicle to project concrete
Vehicle to project concrete, including a truck provided with a main motor to move the truck using a movement unit, a unit to project the concrete equipped with a pumping device configured to feed the concrete along a pipe, where the vehicle includes a unit to generate and feed electric energy configured to selectively feed one or more of either the movement unit of the truck, the concrete projection unit and the pumping device.
DEVICE AND METHOD FOR PRODUCING THREE-DIMENSIONAL STRUCTURES CREATED IN SUCCESSIVE LAYERS
A device for fabricating structures of large dimensions, layer by layer.
The invention relates to a device making use of positioning an extrusion head in three dimensions by means of cables in order to deposit a pasty material continuously in thin layers, e.g. a mortar comprising either a hydraulic binder or thermoplastic compounds or thermosetting compounds or curable compounds.
The invention is for making industrial elements of very large dimensions, and more particularly for making buildings.
MECHANICAL INTERFACE AND METHOD FOR FASTENING COLLARS ONTO PIPE ENDS
An assembly for forming a mechanical interface for fastening tubular components includes a tubular pipe having at least one end with an external surface provided with groove structure. A tubular attachment is provided with a first engagement structure configured to be aligned with the groove structure on the tubular pipe. The tubular attachment is axially force fit on the outer end of the tubular pipe, and radially fastened thereto in response to at least one tool applied to the external surface of the tubular attachment. Also disclosed is a method for forming the mechanical interface between the tubular pipe and the tubular attachment.
Segment of an articulated arm and articulated arm comprising said segment
Segment of an articulated arm made of composite material, with an elongated shape defining a longitudinal axis, and having a box-like cross section. The segment includes a first end portion, configured for the pivoting of a further segment, a second intermediate portion configured for the pivoting of an actuation member, and a third end portion. The first, second and third portions are made in a single body. The second intermediate portion includes a protruding zone defined by a first side and by a second side converging with respect to each other to define a top. Pivoting elements are provided in the protruding zone for the pivoting of the actuation member between the protruding zone and the first end portion. The first and the second side defining the protruding zone are filleted to substantially rectilinear adjacent tracts of the first and third end portions.
AUTO-FILL TWO-LAYER TWO-HALF WEAR RESISTANT ELBOW OF CONCRETE PUMP TRUCK AND MANUFACTURING METHOD THEREOF
An auto-fill two-layer two-half wear resistant elbow of a concrete pump truck consists of an outer-layer protection elbow, an inner-layer heterogeneous wear resistant combined elbow and a wear resistant connecting flange. A filling space is provided between the outer-layer protection elbow and the inner-layer heterogeneous wear resistant combined elbow. The wear resistant elbow is designed as a two-layer two-half unique structure including a protection layer and a wear resistant layer, wherein the protection layer protects the wear resistant layer from distortion or even damage by external force and distortion or even damage by impact force by internal materials during the transportation, installation and use of the elbow. Upon using the wear resistant elbow for the first time, the concrete grout fills the reserved slit via the heterogenous combined elbow and enters the reserved filling space, allowing the outer-layer protection elbow and the inner-layer heterogeneous wear resistant combined elbow to be fixed as a whole, which may realize the purpose of reducing the weight of the entire elbow, reducing costs, saving materials and increasing service life.
CONCRETE STRUCTURE MANUFACTURING APPARATUS AND METHOD
The present relates to an apparatus for manufacturing 3-dimensional concrete structures comprising a projection head (1) for spraying concrete material, wherein the projection head (1) comprises a projection nozzle (11) for spraying the concrete material and at least two guiding surfaces (12) provided on both sides of the projection nozzle (11) and defining a volume in between, such that the projection nozzle (11) is adapted to spray the concrete material into said volume, and wherein the projection head (1) is repeatedly moved along a predefined path by a control means and is configured to adjust the position of the two guiding surfaces (12) during the movement of the projection nozzle (11) so as to create a 3-dimensional concrete structure made of a plurality of projected concrete layers.
