A plurality of panel subassemblies are used to erect a building on a footing or foundation. Each panel subassembly includes at least one column formed of a thermally-insulating material, and a concrete portion at least partially attached to the at least one column. The concrete portion may be formed as a single precast unit. The panel subassemblies are secured together and to the foundation, and may be secured to a floor element of the building to at least partially support the floor element.

Assembly table for building air separation units remotely

An assembly table for use in a remote manufacturing yard is provided. The assembly table is configured to be collapsible thereby allowing for a reduced footprint during transportation. The assembly table can include a central support base; a plurality of arms attached to the central support base; a secondary support member attached to each arm configured to provide support for and give height to the assembly table when in use; and a centering guide attached to each arm, the centering guide configured to receive a bottom portion of a partial shell, the centering guide located at a predetermined location of its own arm.

Load transferring connecting element

A building container outrigger to provide an elevated work space for use between concrete slabs of a building under construction having a container, a plurality of support beams, each support beam positioned lengthwise under the floor of the container and extend therefrom the sides, a pair of spaced apart outrigger beams, a first outrigger end and a second outrigger end, each second outrigger end in contact with and affixed to the upper side of each support beam end, the other outrigger beam end removeably anchored to the slab floor with the front edge of the container flush with the exterior or front slab edge, and, thus, functions to functions to efficiently move materials and tools or personnel space from floor to floor as construction phases move vertically.

Lifting and leveling assembly for precast concrete slabs and method

A lifting and leveling assembly is configured to be embedded in a precast concrete slab for enabling a precast concrete slab to be lifted and leveled. The lifting and leveling assembly includes a threaded sleeve having a first end and a second end, a plurality of legs fixedly attached to and extending from the threaded sleeve, an end cap selectively covering the first end of the threaded sleeve, and a plate cover comprising an annular collar for releasably connecting the second end of the threaded sleeve to the plate cover.

Lifting anchor assembly for precast concrete structures

A lifting anchor assembly that is configured to be embedded in a tilt-up concrete structure includes an anchor member that has a pair of legs extending downward from a central portion of the anchor member to form a generally inverted U shape. A spacer is disposed at a lower end portion of each of the pair of legs, where the spacers each include a plurality of spacing arms that extend radially at different lengths from an engagement portion of the spacer that adjustably attaches at the anchor member. The engagement portion of the spacer is configured to engage the anchor member in different rotational positions to selectively position one of the plurality of spacing arms in a downward position for accommodating different thickness dimensions of concrete structures.
