Solid reinforced concrete column based on arrangement of triangular reinforcing bar networks and method of constructing the same
09915068 · 2018-03-13 · ·

A solid reinforced concrete column and a method of constructing the same are disclosed. The solid reinforced concrete column includes outer main reinforcing bars, inner reinforcing bars, inner transverse reinforcing bars, outer transverse reinforcing bars, and concrete. The outer main reinforcing bars are arranged in an axial direction. The inner reinforcing bars are each arranged to be placed between two or three of the outer main reinforcing bars inside the two or three outer main reinforcing bars in the axial direction. The inner transverse reinforcing bars are each arranged to connect the two or three outer main reinforcing bars and the inner reinforcing bar in a transverse direction. The outer transverse reinforcing bars are arranged to surround the outer main reinforcing bars outside the outer main reinforcing bars in the transverse direction. The concrete is placed to bury the reinforcing bars.

ANCHORING MEMBER FOR FACING ELEMENTS FOR USE IN STABILISED EARTH STRUCTURES, FORMER AND PROCEDURE FOR THE FABRICATION OF SUCH A FACING ELEMENT
20180044879 · 2018-02-15 ·

An anchoring member (15) capable of being integrated into a facing element (10) for the creation of stabilised earth structures, comprising a shell (21) that defines a recess (18) with a mouth (13). An anchoring bar (20) extends transversely within the recess (18) in such a way that, in use, an elongated stabilising member for stabilised earth structures, such as a strip or similar, can be made to pass around it by inserting it into the mouth (13).

Erection system
09890545 · 2018-02-13 ·

An erection system for one or more elongated elements, such as structural columns, pre-fabricated reinforcing cages or tower-like structures includes one or more longitudinal lifting bars running parallel with the elongated element's longitudinal direction. The lifting bars are installed within or onto the elongated element through apertures in the element's upper and lower support pieces. A rigging system supports the upper portion of the lifting bar. The lifting bar's lower portion includes external threading to receive an internally threaded load bearing nut. The load bearing nut supports the elongated element's weight onto the lifting bar's lower portion. The upper and lower support pieces stabilize the elongated element with lateral restraint. Removing the load bearing nut and raising the lifting bar up through the support piece's apertures extracts the lifting bar from the elongated element. Adjustable spreader bars separate multiple lifting bars to minimize lateral and bending stresses in the lifting bar.

Hoist Clip

A connection between a hoist and a structural panel, wherein a clip connects a sling of the hoist to the structural panel, and the clip includes a plate portion having an eye opening receiving the sling. The clip also includes a tongue portion extending from the plate portion, the plate portion lying in registration with the attachment surface of one or more structural member that form part of the structural panel. Fasteners connect the tongue portion of the clip to the attachment surface of the structural member.

LIFTING OF BUILDING UNITS
