A formwork system includes (a) a wallform panel for forming a wall portion; and (b) at least one brace assembly including a pair of vertically spaced apart props pivotably connected to the wallform panel for pivoting of the brace assembly relative to the wallform panel between a storage position, in which the brace assembly lies adjacent the wallform panel, and a deployed position, in which the brace assembly projects from the wallform panel for anchoring the props to a ground surface through a common base plate connected to each prop.

Wall brace system and method

A wall brace system for providing an apparatus for supporting a wall in a building structure, which has been moved inward by pressure from the earth outside in order to return the wall to a desired position. The wall brace system has a structural member, a retainer, a mounting assembly, a load member, a jack, and/or a locking member. A jack and/or locking member are operatively coupled between the structural member and the mounting assembly. The jack functions to exert a force against the structural member, directly or through the load member, in order to force the structural member toward the wall for shifting the wall (e.g., outwardly). The locking member functions to lock the structural member in place with respect to the mounting assembly after the jack positions the structural member. Thereafter, the jack is removed from the mounting assembly.

A ground anchor bracket for supporting at least one wall brace at an earth anchor includes a sleeve that has a wall structure surrounding a hollow interior that is configured to receive a stem of the earth anchor. A platform is coupled with an upper portion of the sleeve and has an upper surface that is configured to support a shoe of a wall brace. A post is coupled with the platform and the post protrudes upward from the upper surface of the platform so as to be configured to engage a slot in the shoe of the wall brace. The upper surface of the platform may be substantially planar to simulate a slab floor surface for engaging the shoe of the wall brace.

PREFABRICATED WALL AND ASSEMBLY STRUCTURE FOR PREFABRICATED BUILDING, AND CONSTRUCTION METHOD THEREOR
20210277651 · 2021-09-09 ·

A prefabricated wall for a prefabricated building includes a concrete body and a rigid framework arranged inside the poured concrete body, the rigid framework comprises n longitudinally extending vertical rebars, with n being an integer greater than or equal to three; an upper end face and a lower end face of the prefabricated wall are formed with m mechanical connection portions at positions sharing the same axes as the vertical rebars, with m being an integer less than or equal to 2n; and the mechanical connection portions are all formed at end portions of the vertical rebars. An assembly structure for a prefabricated building is further provided. The assembly structure is formed by filling an assembly gap with an on-site poured layer after rebars are firmly connected at an overhead region between an upper-layer wall, a lower-layer wall and a floor slab by means of fastening components.

Brace for a precast concrete panel

An adjustable brace to support a precast concrete panel in a substantially vertical orientation. The adjustable brace includes a first elongate member selectively secured to a second elongate member. The first elongate member can be interconnected to the second elongate member at a job site without significantly decreasing the maximum load that the second elongate member can support.
