Tooth Whitening Kit and Method of Whitening Teeth
A tooth whitening kit and method of whitening teeth using the same. The method may include applying a tooth whitening composition directly to surfaces of a user's teeth, exposing the surfaces of the user's teeth to ambient air for a first period of time to form a film of the tooth whitening composition on the surfaces of the user's teeth, applying light to the surfaces of the user's teeth for a second period of time while the film of the tooth whitening composition remains on the surfaces of the user's teeth, ceasing application of the light to the surfaces of the user's teeth and leaving the film of the tooth whitening composition on the surfaces of the user's teeth for a third period of time, and removing the film of the tooth whitening composition from the surfaces of the user's teeth.
Methods for strengthening and repairing nails using curable compositions
The present disclosure relates to a curable nail strengthening composition comprising a polymerizable material, at least one penetrating agent, and at least one curing agent. The strengthening composition penetrates the nail and is cured within the nail plate without cross-linking the nail proteins. Methods for strengthening and repairing nails are also disclosed.

Biotechnologically-produced cellulose-containing article for dermatological use
A cellulose-containing article for treating an area of skin, wherein the article comprises BNC in an amount of at least 1% by weight and at most 15% by weight, comprises fluid in an amount of at least 85% by weight and at most 99% by weight, has an average thickness of at least 0.5 mm and at most 8 mm, wherein the BNC is of microbial origin.
Hair shaping process using fatty substances, non-silicone polymers or surfactants
The invention relates to a cosmetic process for treating keratin fibers, preferably the hair, comprising at least the steps consisting in: a) applying to said keratin fibers a composition containing at least one substance chosen from fatty substances, non-silicone polymers and surfactants, b) applying a mechanical tension to said keratin fibers, and c) exposing said keratin fibers under mechanical tension to microwaves, at a pressure ranging from 50,000 to 250,000 Pa, in the presence of at least one solvent in vapor form on contact with the keratin fibers and without there being complete drying of the keratin fibers throughout the entire exposure to the microwaves, the solvent(s) in vapor form being entirely generated by evaporating at least one compound present, before emission of the microwaves, on contact with the keratin fibers, step a) taking place prior to step c).
Aqueous solution for use in cleaning via irradiation by ultraviolet rays and/or near-ultraviolet visible light and/or light in 800-900 nm near-infrared region, dentifrice including said solution, dental treatment device, toothbrush, and tooth cleaning method
An aqueous solution for intraoral cleaning via irradiation with ultraviolet ray and/or near-ultraviolet visible ray and/or ray in an 800-900 nm near-infrared region is employed as the hydrogen peroxide aqueous solution, wherein a concentration of hydrogen peroxide is 1 w/v % to 7 w/v %, and a concentration of a hydrogen peroxide stabilizer is 81 ppm (mg/L) or less in the aqueous solution.
SKIN CONTOURING USING PHOTO-RESPONSIVE MATERIALS
Methods, systems, and devices for integrated photo-responsive contouring treatment are described. Methods include identifying a region of skin corresponding to a contouring treatment of the skin. The region of skin may be provided with a photo-responsive material overlying a portion of the region of the skin. Methods may include identifying one or more treatment regions overlapping the photo-responsive material. The treatment regions may be identified at least in part to apply the contouring treatment. Methods may include determining an irradiation profile for each of the one or more treatment regions to contour each respective treatment region as part of applying the contouring treatment. Methods may also include irradiating the photo-responsive material at the one or more treatment regions in accordance with the respective irradiation profiles. Irradiating the photo-responsive material may induce a localized change in shape of the photo-responsive material in the respective treatment regions.
