Balance and Lift Parking Apparatus
A balance and lift parking apparatus increases parking space availability and therefore allows users to park more than one automobile vertically. The balance and lift parking apparatus includes a support structure, a parking platform, a first wheel track, and a second wheel track. The support structure is the structural base of the balance and lift parking apparatus. Further, the support structure allows the balance and lift parking apparatus to support the weight of automobiles. Moreover, the support structure provides a clearance area from the ground surface which allows at least one automobile to be parked. The parking platform provides a surface on which at least one automobile may traverse onto. The first wheel track and the second wheel track are used to guide at least one automobile onto and along the parking platform.
APPARATUS AND SYSTEM FOR MULTI-LEVEL PARKING
A device includes a plurality of support elements pivotably attached to a base. The support elements are pivotably attached to support arms. The support arms support a platform configured to hold a vehicle. The device is capable of moving between stacked and unstacked configurations, where the platform is elevated above a ground-level parking space when the device is in a stacked configuration and the platform is positioned behind or beside a ground-level parking space when the device is in an unstacked configuration. When changing between a stacked configuration and an unstacked configuration, the support elements and the support arms pivot such that the platform does not contact any vehicle parked underneath the platform.

HOUSING INCLUDING ROOF ADAPTED FOR UPWARD EXPANSION BY OPERATION OF A MECHANIZED LIFT
A housing including a lift installed within the housing including a platform adapted to move in a range of vertical positions together with a vertically expandable roof coupled to a vertically movable lift platform. Vertical lift support beams extending upward from a floor to the platform connecting the vertical lift support beams. The platform can be electrometrically raised or lowered along the vertical lift support beams to various positions (e.g., from a fully lowered position with the platform at rest on the floor of the housing through position B with the platform fully raised upward towards and together with the roof. It is a feature of the embodiments to enable the roof to raise upward with movement of the platform.

VEHICLE PARKING LIFT
A double-wide, independent platform vehicle lift has vehicle platforms engaged with a framework by guide members which engage guide tracks in posts. Each platform has at least one corner which has a guide member that engages a depending receptacle when the platform is lifted to a selected height by operation of a respective linear actuator.

MODULAR DECK SYSTEM FOR USE WITH MOVABLE PLATFORMS
Disclosed herein is a modular deck system that utilizes a combination of a movable platform having a plurality of vertical posts with engagement members. Decks, filled with freight, can be placed onto the vertical posts at various heights at different sections of the movable platform using a conveyance vehicle. Further, the height of the vertical posts can be extended using an extension post for securing tall cargo. The decks can also be locked to the vertical posts to prevent dislodgement of the deck during transport of the movable platform.
Parking apparatus
A parking apparatus having at least two parking areas, on each of which a motor vehicle can be parked. The parking apparatus includes at least one movable parking area which is movable relative to at least one fixed parking area. In order to simplify the charging of electrically operable motor vehicles, the parking apparatus is combined with a charging apparatus for charging electrical energy accumulators of electrically operable motor vehicles. The charging apparatus is simultaneously connectable in terms of charging to electrically operable motor vehicles on both parking areas.
