CAR NUMBER-BASED PARKING ELEVATOR CONTROL
The present disclosure relates to a parking elevator system that provides available pallet information by using vehicle information and a method to provide pallet information using the system. The parking elevator system may search a vehicle information database and/or a pallet information database. The vehicle information may be provided directly by a parking user or may be searched from the vehicle information database based on a vehicle number. The vehicle number may be recognized by an LPR device or can be provided directly by the parking user. The vehicle information may include the dimensions of a vehicle, whether the vehicle is an electric vehicle and the like, and the pallet information may include the dimensions of a vehicle that can be parked, a vehicle model, whether an electric vehicle charging facility is provided, parking fee and the like.
INFORMATION PROCESSING APPARATUS, INFORMATION PROCESSING METHOD, AND NON-TRANSITORY STORAGE MEDIUM
An information processing apparatus according to the present disclosure includes a controller configured to execute acquiring operation information for a network-connected home appliance that is home electronic equipment which is provided in a dwelling house, and is configured to be accessible to a prescribed network and is capable of being controlled via the network, making an estimation as to entering/exiting of a vehicle utilized by a user of the dwelling house into/from a parking lot associated with the dwelling house on the basis of the operation information for the network-connected home appliance in the dwelling house, and issuing, to a management apparatus that manages entering/exiting of the vehicle, an enter/exit instruction for causing the vehicle to enter or exit if entering/exiting of the vehicle into/from the parking lot is estimated.
VEHICLE LIFT AND STORAGE SYSTEM HAVING DISTRIBUTED CONTROL AND POWER NETWORKS
A vehicle lift and storage system (VLSS) can have distributed control and power networks. The VLSS includes a central control unit (CCU) and a plurality of distributed control units (DCUs). Each of the DCUs is associated with and can control one or more vehicle lifts within the VLSS. For instance, each DCU can include high voltage switches (e.g., contactors) for operating one or more motors for moving vehicle platforms on the vehicle lifts associated with that DCU. The CCU can generate and transmit commands to cause the DCU to activate or deactivate the motors in accordance with desired vehicle storage or retrieval operations. Furthermore, the DCUs are configurable to be daisy chained such that a first DCU can communicate with the CCU on the control network via a second DCU and the first DCU can further receive high voltage power for operating its associated motors via the second DCU.
AUTOMATED VEHICULAR PARKING APPARATUS WITH ELECTRIC VEHICLE CHARGING CAPABILITIES
A vehicular parking apparatus includes a frame defining horizontal rows and vertical columns of parking spaces. Subframes are configured to have a vehicle parked thereon and can move vertically in the columns. Platforms move horizontally in the rows and are configured to engage and move the subframes with the vehicles thereon. The subframes, the platforms and the frame provide electrical connections for charging parked electric vehicles.
METHOD FOR TRANSFERRING A MOTOR VEHICLE TO AN AUTOMATIC PARKING SYSTEM, AUTOMATIC PARKING SYSTEM, AND MOTOR VEHICLE
The disclosure relates to a method for transferring a motor vehicle to an automatic parking system which is designed to transfer the motor vehicle to a free parking space of the parking system without a driver. The parking system transmits a release code (C) to the motor vehicle, said release code being output in the motor vehicle so as to be perceivable to a motor vehicle user. After leaving the motor vehicle, the motor vehicle user transmits the release code to the parking system in order to grant a drive release. As soon as the drive release is granted, the motor vehicle is transferred to the free parking space of the parking system without the driver. The disclosure additionally relates to an automatic parking system and to a motor vehicle for carrying out the method.
SYSTEM AND METHOD FOR SUPPORTING AUTOMATED VALET PARKING, AND INFRASTRUCTURE AND VEHICLE FOR REALIZING SAME
A system and method for supporting automated valet parking are provided. The vehicle may autonomously travel to an empty parking space and perform automated parking based on communication with the infrastructure. Further, the vehicle may autonomously travel to a parking space to a pickup area based on the communication with the infrastructure.
Intelligent Stereo Garage System Based On Internet+ And Vehicle Parking And Pickup Methods
An intelligent stereo garage system based on Internet+ and a vehicle parking and pick-up method. The system includes a mobile APP (10), a cloud server (20), a computer system (30), a programmable logic controller (PLC) system (40), a stereo garage (50), and an all-in-one touch machine (60), where the all-in-one touch machine (60) is deployed next to the stereo garage (50), and the computer system (30) is deployed outside or inside the stereo garage (50). A fully-automatic parking method uses different parking and pick-up modes, which technically ensures that users can get their vehicles in time without hindering other users, and allows users to truly experience the system intelligence. This deeply embodies the smart city's idea of interconnecting everything with a mobile phone. The method largely solves problems such as parking difficulty, illegal parking, unauthorized charges, traffic jams, traffic noise, traffic accidents, and vehicle pollution.
CONNECTED VEHICLE LIFT AND STORAGE SYSTEM
A connected vehicle lift and storage system (VLSS) can include a plurality of platforms for storing vehicles that are movable between a plurality of positions. The connected VLSS can communicate with a computing device operated by a user to receive requests to store or retrieve the user's vehicle(s). As part of the request, location data generated by the computing device can be transmitted to the connected VLSS. In response to the request, the connected VLSS can determine a sequence of platform movements to fulfill the request to store or retrieve the user's vehicle(s). The sequence can be determined, at least in part, on the location data of the requesting user and/or the location data of other users. In addition, the sequence can be determined to minimize wait times for the requesting user and other users.
CONTROL DEVICE, GETTING-INTO/OUT FACILITY, CONTROL METHOD, AND STORAGE MEDIUM
A control device includes a getting-into/out facility selection unit configured to select one or more getting-into/out facilities where a vehicle to be parked in a parking lot will stop from among a plurality of getting-into/out facilities on the basis of at least information indicating a driving assistance level at which driving assistance can be executed by the vehicle and information associated with the parking lot having the plurality of getting-into/out facilities and a guidance unit configured to guide the vehicle to the selected getting-into/out facility.
