Camouflage for transmission towers and lines
The present disclosure relates to camouflaged systems and related camouflaging methods. The camouflaged systems can include at least one camouflaged object, including but not limited to transmission lines and transmission towers. One or more pluralities of lights may be disposed on or otherwise coupled to a surface of the camouflaged object. Each of the one or more pluralities of lights can be configured to emit light having a characteristic that appears like (e.g., matches, mimics, simulates, corresponds to, or otherwise blends with) an environmental condition, which can include any variety of background environmental landscapes.
Adjustable universal post cap
An adjustable pole cap that includes a peripheral rim that defines an adjustable opening that may be adjusted to receive different sized pole tops, and blanks for forming such caps.

Pole shield
The present disclosure relates to a pole shield for extending around a pole structure. The pole shield comprises one or more than one sheet of composite material forming a hollow structure having an open first end and an opposed open second end. The sheet or sheets of composite material comprise from about 50% to about 80% by weight of a reinforcement impregnated with about 20% to about 50% of a polyurethane resin composition comprising a combination of a polyol component and a polyisocyanate component. Two or more pole shields may be stacked one on top of the other to form a pole shield structure which extends the height of protection of the pole structure. The pole shield can be used for protecting a pole structure from damage, such as from fire, rain, wind, sand, ice, pests, moisture or electrical. The pole shield may also be used to provide structural support to a pole structure.

METHOD OF COATING WOOD UTILITY POLES FOR FIRE RESISTANCE
A method of coating wooden utility poles with rubber-modified emulsified-asphalt materials that act as a fire-retardant coating to protect against combustion up to 1100 F. or more, in order to extend the life of wood utility poles in the field. The rubber-modified asphalt emulsion may be applied to at least a portion of a wooden utility pole by spraying, rolling, brushing, etc., then dried and cured. The rubber modification includes a halogenated elastomer and a diene elastomer.

TOWER FOR A WIND TURBINE OR A TRANSMITTING AND RECEIVING SYSTEM FOR MOBILE COMMUNICATIONS
The invention relates to a tower for a wind turbine or a mobile radio transceiver system with at least one section with polygonally arranged walls, wherein the walls are formed from a wood-based material, wherein in each case two walls in a corner of the polygon are connected to one another in the form of a vertical joint with in each case one side face. It is advantageous that the side surface of a wall in the vertical joint has at least one connecting element, that the at least one connecting element is suitable for transmitting shear forces in the vertical joint, that the at least one connecting element has at least one projection (prong) and at least one recess (valley), that the at least one projection and the at least one recess are arranged in such a way that the at least one projection of one wall engages in the at least one recess of the other wall in the assembled state of the walls in the vertical joint, and that at least one step is provided between a projection and a recess, wherein the projections of two connecting means of two walls are arranged one above the other in the assembled state of the walls in the vertical joint.

SYSTEM & METHOD FOR INSTALLING POSTS VERTICALLY IN FORM OR HOLE
A support system and method for securing vertical centered placement of various nominally sized wooden posts within a cylindrical form within the soil or within a cylindrical hole alone comprises a plurality of spaced apart adjustable post support braces formed from a plurality of radial support braces. The radial support braces each have a first component that has a body section configured for attaching the first component to a wooden post. Each radial support brace has a second component that has a first section configured for supporting the second end of the first section in abutment against a peripheral inner wall of the form or hole and configured to cooperate with the second end of the first component to permit longitudinal movement of the first and second components. Each radial support brace is further configured to lock the first component in position relative to the second component.
