Disclosed herein are device and system for providing shade comprising: a) a deformable screen assembly having a border about its edge, the screen assembly comprising: i) a support frame defining the edge of the screen assembly, and ii) a screen component having at least two apertures for receiving an adjustable arm, the apertures being contained within the screen assembly edge; and; b) an adjustable arm. Also disclosed herein are devices for clamping an object, comprising: a) a spring clip and b) a clamping arm.

An illustrated view of an exemplary privacy screen for providing privacy in an outdoor location is presented. The privacy screen is easily transportable and requires little instruction. The privacy screen further provides protection and reduction of COVID-19, as well as exposure to other infectious airborne diseases. The privacy screen protects a person's selected area from crowed encroachment from others as well as low surface airborne debris.

A gable assembly is for use with a modular watercraft lift cover. The gable assembly covers the watercraft when the watercraft is secured to a mooring, the gable assembly having a truss-like configuration, the gable assembly being secured to the mooring, the gable assembly being supportable by only one cantilever, when the gable assembly extends beyond the mooring. The gable assembly has a robust, lightweight design that is compatible and adjustable for width, height and length as the boat owner modifies his existing boat or purchases a new boat, and that will protect the watercraft from the elements and will withstand even the severest of storms, undamaged as well as having the ability to be cantilevered. The gable assembly is easy for the user to assemble and adjust on square lake style boat lifts, and the typically non-square tidal lifts.

Mesh material is presented for a hunting blind with a camouflage pattern printed on a first side and a second side with a color coating. The mesh material is partially transmissive such that a portion of incident radiation from an exterior of the hunting blind is reflected back into the exterior, a portion of incident radiation from an interior of the hunting blind is transmitted through the mesh material to the exterior and an intensity ratio of the reflected portion to the transmitted portion during daylight conditions is above a threshold value such that the exterior of the hunting blind is visible from the interior and the interior of the hunting blind is not visible from an exterior of the hunting blind. A hunting blind is also provided that includes a frame including frame members and panels of the mesh material attached to the frame members.

A pyramidal shelter with triangular or rectangular base is formed by joining side panels to each other. Each side panel includes a triangular frame covered, except at access hatch, observation port and door openings, with either steel plate or diamond steel mesh to which blast-resistant, fire-resistant or other kinds of coatings or panels are applied. A corner anchor assembly to support each corner of a shelter has a lower plate, an overlying split plate, and a pair of upstanding, anchor rods attached to the split plates for insertion into hollow, lower portions of side beams of adjacent side panels. The corner anchor assemblies facilitate expansion of an assembled shelter by addition of more modular components.

A canopy gutter system includes a rainwater collection slot disposed on the top side of a canopy for collecting rainwater from the top side of the canopy, thereby preventing the rainwater from cascading over the sides of the canopy. The canopy gutter system further includes a rainwater gutter disposed underneath the rainwater collection slot for receiving the collected rainwater and channeling the collected rainwater away from a side of the canopy, toward a corner of the canopy. The canopy gutter system further includes a spout for transporting the channeled water from the rainwater gutter downward toward the ground along a leg of the canopy.
