A bounce house securing assembly includes a plurality of blocks that is each of the blocks is comprised of a weighted material such that each of the blocks has a weight of at least 40.0 pounds. In this way the plurality of blocks have sufficient weight to inhibit a bounce house from becoming airborne. A plurality of top handles is each coupled to a respective one of the blocks thereby facilitating the respective blocks to be carried. A plurality of side handles is each movably coupled to a respective one of the blocks thereby facilitating the respective block to be carried. A plurality of spikes is each of the spikes is coupled to and extends downwardly from a respective one of the blocks for penetrating a support surface to inhibit the respective block from moving on the support surface. Each of the spikes is extendable through a respective one of a plurality of securing loops on the bounce house to anchor the bounce house to the support surface.

Animal Decoy Apparatus

An animal decoy apparatus comprises a stake that can be driven into the ground; wherein the stake has a channel opening therein; a decoy wire assembly inserted into the channel opening of the stake; and a decoy mounted on the decoy wire assembly; wherein the decoy may freely and bi-directionally horizontally rotate 360° about the decoy wire assembly and of the decoy wire assembly may freely and bi-directionally horizontally rotate 360° about the stake. The channel opening in the stake allows the decoy wire assembly to freely and bi-directionally horizontally rotate 360° about the stake and allows a limited vertical orbital rotation of the decoy wire assembly in relation to the stake in a range of motion of equal to or less than 90°. The apparatus is kinetic and requires minimal wind energy to set it in motion, wherein the decoy will pivot about and bob up and down in relation to the decoy wire assembly and the stake to mimic the natural motion of an animal.

Orthogonal Framework For Modular Resilient Houses
20170241125 · 2017-08-24 ·

An orthogonal framework for the fabrication of modular buildings includes a plurality of hub members formed to fit in the ends of vertical hollow post members including base hubs for securing the lower end of a hollow post to a foundation and/or base beams or shear panels, terminal hubs for securing the top ends of a post upper beam members and/or the upper ends of shear panels, and intermediate tubes for securing the ends of two vertically aligned posts together and/or to support beams for the building. The hubs are hollow and have press nuts mounted on their inner surfaces to allow the terminals to be bolted to the posts, beams and shear panels in a large variety of beam and post combinations to form modular buildings in various configurations.
