Method of manufacturing absorbent material from bird feather
A method of manufacturing absorbent material from bird feather includes the steps of selecting an appropriate feather material, perform a pre-treatment for cleaning and sterilizing the feather material, crushing the feather material into a crushed material of a size of 0.1 um˜1 cm, and performing a modification treatment of the crushed material by surface activation to produce an absorbent material. After the crushed feather material is processed by a modification treatment, the material may be used to manufacture an absorbent material having both deodoring and filtering functions for adsorbing metal ions, organic solvents, grease or volatile gases.

Effervescent Tablet and Composition for Masking Toilet Odors and Method of Use Thereof
The present invention relates to a small, effervescent tablet for disguising bathroom odors. The tablet includes sodium bicarbonate, a mild acid and natural or essential oils. The tablet is wrapped in a moisture proof recyclable foil that can be torn along a perforation line to use the tablet. The tablet is simply dropped into a plumbing fixture and when the tablet is diluted in water, an effervescence is produced releasing carbon dioxide and the aroma of the natural oil is released to mask the unwanted odor. The packaging of an individual tablet is compact allowing a user to store and conceal the tablet in purses, waistbands, clothing, wallets, pockets, boots, and even in phone cases.

Fulvic Acid Sterilization Deodorant As Well As Preparation Method and Application Thereof
The invention discloses a fulvic acid sterilization deodorant as well as a preparation method and application thereof, and belongs to the technical field of deodorants. Natural polymer compound fulvic acid is modified to prepare a fulvic acid surfactant which is compounded with plant extract to prepare the deodorant with good sterilization and deodorization effects. The fulvic acid with strong hydrophilicity is enhanced in surface activity by introducing a lipophilic end through reaction with a cationic surfactant; an emulsifier is introduced to the fulvic acid solution and the plant extract with strong volatility to prolong interaction between deodorant and odor molecules, achieving an efficient removal purpose. The preparation method is simple in process and low in cost, adopts easily-available raw materials, and can achieve large-scale production. The sterilization deodorant prepared has good deodorization and sterilization performances and can be widely applied to the aspects of odor removal, environmental governance, etc.
METHODS AND FORMULATIONS FOR ATHLETIC SHOE GRIP AND DEODORIZER
The invention disclosed herein relates a device that contains two separate and distinct aqueous formulations. One of the formulations has deodorizing properties and the other formulation has grip enhancing properties. The device has a means of applying the deodorizing formulation to the inner surfaces of shoes, typically athletic shoes, and a means of applying the grip enhancing formulation to the soles of the shoes. The invention also includes methods of deodorizing athletic shoes and methods for increasing shoe grip on a court surface.
