The latchbolt retraction mechanism (30) comprising a latchbolt assembly coupler (32) for operational coupling to a latchbolt assembly (22). The carriage (28) is configured to slide along at least one rail (14,16) for positioning the latchbolt assembly coupler (32) relative to the latchbolt.

LOCK FOR A REBATED DOOR
20210254368 · 2021-08-19 ·

A lock for a door of the rebated type, comprising a containing box body, suitable for being housed in a cavity of the rebated door; a latch that is movable between an extracted position and a retracted position in the box body; a driving device movable, by means of a control handle, along an opening direction to move the latch from the extracted position to the retracted position. The driving device is movable, by a key-locking-member, along a locking direction opposite to the opening direction, to reach a disengaged position in which the driving device is not engageable by the control handle, thus preventing the driving of the latch; the driving device comprises a locking arrangement shaped for blocking the latch in the extracted position, preventing forced movement thereof from the outside to the retracted position, when the driving device is in the disengaged position unbound from the control handle. The driving device is defined by, a cursor-element that is geometrically configured to enable to tit into the box body an optional bolt. The cursor-element is provided with a protrusion element for driving and locking the optional bolt.

LOCK, FITTING, STRIKE PLATE AND CLOSING DEVICE FOR SLIDING DOORS AND SLIDING DOOR SYSTEM

A lock, a fitting and a strike plate, in addition to a closing device for sliding doors, allow frontal or lateral locking of a sliding door. Further a sliding door system has a closing device.

SECURITY DEVICE

A security device for a door in a doorway. The device includes a floor-carriable portion and a door-carriable portion magnetically co-operable with the floor-carriable portion to stop the door opening past a communication position at which the door is positioned to guard the doorway and ajar to enable the communication via the doorway. At least one of the floor-carriable portion and the door-carriable portion is reconfigurable to allow the door to open past the communication position.

AUTO-LOCK STRUCTURE FOR RISER
20210045259 · 2021-02-11 · ·

A lock assembly comprising a base formed from a magnetic flux conducting material, the base secure to a chassis. A pin slidably disposed in the base and configured to move from a first open position to a second closed position. A magnet, disposed on a surface of a riser and configured to create a force on the pin that causes the pin to move from the open position to the closed position when the riser is disposed with the chassis.

Magnetic latch for fastening a hinged closure member to a support
11851923 · 2023-12-26 · ·

A magnetic latch for fastening a closure member to a support. The magnetic latch comprises a keeper assembly including a magnet and a latch bolt assembly having: an elongated frame (32); a latch bolt (14) moveable between a latching position and a retracted position; a latch bolt biasing member urging the latch bolt into its retracted position; and a latch bolt operating mechanism configured to move the latch bolt from its latching position to its retracted position against a magnetic attraction. The latch bolt operating mechanism comprises: an effort link rod (37); a load link rod (34); and a second-order lever (35) interposed between the effort link rod and the load link rod. The second-order lever reduces the force required to operate the latch bolt operating mechanism thus allowing for an increased magnetic attraction of the latch bolt towards the magnet in the keeper assembly.

MAGNETIC LOCKING MECHANISM

A magnetic locking mechanism includes a first housing, a second housing, and an unlocking member. The first housing includes a guiding member including a first through hole. The second housing includes a locking member including a telescopic rod. The unlocking member is configured to adsorb the locking member. When the locking member is moved along the guiding member to a preset position, the telescopic rod protrudes into the first through hole, and the second housing is locked to the first housing. When the unlocking member adsorbs the locking member protruded into the first through hole, the telescopic rod retracts from the first through hole, and the second housing is unlocked from the first housing.

MAGNETIC SAFETY GATE LATCH

A magnetic safety gate latch assembly and method of operation. The assembly includes: a pool latch tube, a user-actuated lid coupled to the top end of the pool latch tube; a rotatable shaft within the pool latch tube, an upper end of the shaft rigidly coupled to the lid, and a lower end of the shaft including a shaped base. The assembly further includes a magnet housing that at least partially encloses the shaped base and includes an aperture to cooperatively engage with the shaped base. The assembly further includes a bottom cover coupled to the lower end of the pool latch tube and enclosing the magnet housing, the bottom cover including an aperture facing a latch pin housing, the aperture positioned to expose a magnet. The assembly further includes a ferromagnetic latch pin and housing, and a magnetic latch pin guide slidably enclosing the latch pin.
