An example security device is provided that includes a belt attached to a housing. The belt may be insertable into a receiving channel of the housing at an adjustment end of the belt. A lever may be pivotably coupled to the housing. The lever may be configured to pivot relative to the housing between a locked lever position and an unlocked lever position. A hub may be disposed within the housing and coupled to the lever such that the hub rotates as the lever pivots.

Locking cap with processor

The locking cap is a processor controlled device with sensors that may be embedded in the locking cap or the closure. The locking cap may provide information on use and activity and the locking cap with the embedded processor and sensors may also allow remote actuation to open the locking cap.

Method and system for locking and unlocking

Aspects of the invention are directed towards a system and a method for locking an item. The item is locked in a housing comprising cavity for receiving the item. The housing comprises an electronic circuit for receiving a command from a user terminal to lock or unlock an item in the cavity of the housing. A motor resides in the housing which is actuated by the electronic circuit based on the command received from the user terminal. The housing further comprises a housing lock to lock or unlock the item on actuation of the motor.

A personal-hygiene fluid is dispensed from a system including a wall-mountable support bracket, a replaceable dispenser assembly, and a cover shell. The dispenser assembly includes a container holding the fluid and a dispensing pump attached to the container, with the dispenser assembly removably positionable on the bracket. And the shell removably fits onto the bracket and over the container to obscure the container from view. In some embodiments, the dispenser assembly includes a collar attached between the container and the dispensing pump, and the bracket includes a recess that receives the collar to removably mount the dispenser assembly to the bracket. In some embodiments, the shell and the bracket include engaging slide surfaces the enable the shell to vertically slide on and off of the bracket. Also disclosed are a method of replacing the containers of the system, and replacement containers for use in the system and method.

Security devices

A security device for locking to a container in blocking access to content of the container. The security device has a locking mechanism contained within a housing, the locking mechanism includes a slider for sliding within the housing between an unlocked state and a locking state; and a catch mounted within the housing for displacement relative to the slider. The catch has a blocking condition in which it blocks sliding of the slider between its unlocked and locking states, and an activated condition in which the catch is displaced from its blocking condition in response to an activating action applied externally to the security device, the catch reverting to its blocking condition on termination of application of the activating action. The security device further includes a component coupled to the slider for locking the security device to the container as aforesaid when the slider is in its locking state.

A housing comprised of substantially arced configured first and second pieces pivotally coupled with one another to form an enclosure that defines a substantially circular-cylindrical hole for encompassing and securing an article therein. The housing includes a magnetic switch for resetting an internal alarm system of the EAS alarm tag to OFF, an interlocking sensor switch and an auxiliary sensor switch for arming the EAS alarm tag. When both the interlock sensor switch and the auxiliary sensor switch are closed, the internal alarm system of the EAS alarm tag is armed and set to ON, and if any one of the interlocking sensor switch and the auxiliary sensor switch is tampered, an alarm (external the EAS alarm tag and or) of the EAS alarm tag is triggered.

The present invention relates to a closure guard for a bottle, comprising a first housing part and a second housing part, which are configured to non-releasably enclose an upper portion of the neck of the bottle to be secured, including the bottle closure, when in a securing state, wherein the first housing part and the second housing part are interconnected so as to be movable relative to one another and are transferable between the securing state and a release state, in which the closure guard can be released from the neck, and a locking mechanism which is associated with either the first housing part or the second housing part and is configured to lock the first housing part and the second housing part in the securing state.

Gun lock for securing a weapon within a vehicle gun rack

A gun lock for use in securing a weapon within a gun rack of a police vehicle or the like utilizes a housing supporting a pair of curved lock gates in curved travel paths between an abutting closed configuration and a separated open configuration. The curved lock gates are constrained in curved travel paths by a top plate and a lower plate and each define a curved gear rack. A coupling gear is rotatably supported within the housing and simultaneously engages both curved gear racks to provide movement of the lock gates between open and closed configuration. A solenoid operated latching mechanism secures the lock gates from movement away from the closed and locked configuration in the absence of an electrical activation. A key override is provided in the event of an electrical failure within the host vehicle.
