VEHICLE LATCH DEVICE
Provided is a vehicle latch device including a latch body capable of being lifted up in a state of latching a striker provided to a hood of a vehicle; a position holder that holds a position of the latch body on a vehicle body side during a normal time; and an actuator that is interposed between the latch body and the position holder and lifts up the latch body at a time of pop-up. On the position holder, a striker releaser is disposed which releases a latched state of the striker latched by a latch of a latch mechanism provided to the latch body.
VEHICLE LATCH DEVICE
Provided is a vehicle latch device including a latch body capable of being lifted up in a state of latching a hood of a vehicle; a position holder that holds a position of the latch body on a vehicle body side during a normal time; and an actuator that is interposed between the latch body and the position holder and lifts up the latch body at a time of pop-up. The position holder has a latching portion that latches a part of the latch body. The latching portion latches the part of the latch body from a plurality of directions with a set of members. By extending, the actuator directly or indirectly pushes the latching portion to thereby release a latching state thereof.
Closing device for a motor vehicle hood
The invention relates to a closing device for a door or flap, in particular for a door or flap of a motor vehicle, comprising a locking mechanism that consists of a rotary latch (1) and at least one pawl (2) for locking the rotary latch (1) and an impact protection element, said impact protection element being moved out of its protecting position when the door or flap is closed at a speed below a threshold value and the impact protection element not being moved out of is protecting position or only being moved out with a certain delay when the door or flap is closed at a speed above a threshold value. In this manner, any damage caused by an impact can be avoided in a technically simple manner.
Closing device for a motor vehicle hood
The invention relates to a closing device for a door or flap, in particular for a door or flap of a motor vehicle, comprising a locking mechanism that consists of a rotary latch (1) and at least one pawl (2) for locking the rotary latch (1) and an impact protection element, said impact protection element being moved out of its protecting position when the door or flap is closed at a speed below a threshold value and the impact protection element not being moved out of is protecting position or only being moved out with a certain delay when the door or flap is closed at a speed above a threshold value. In this manner, any damage caused by an impact can be avoided in a technically simple manner.

The vehicle body structure includes a hood provided at a vehicle body; and a transfer mechanism configured to move the hood relative to the vehicle body, the transfer mechanism including: a main actuator configured to move a vehicle-widthwise center portion of the hood relative to the vehicle body; and driven actuators configured to move the hood relative to the vehicle body on left and right sides of the main actuator.

Latch with double actuation and method of construction thereof
A latch for a vehicle hood and method of construction thereof is provided. The latch includes a housing; a ratchet pivotally mounted on the housing and a pawl pivotally mounted on the housing for pivoting between a first position in locked engagement with the ratchet and a second position out of locked engagement with the ratchet, with the pawl being biased into the first position. A pawl lever is pivotally mounted on the housing to engage the pawl and rotate the pawl from the first position to the second position. A double pull lever having an abutment surface is pivotally mounted on the pawl lever. A safety catch member is pivotally mounted on the housing, wherein the safety catch member selectively engages the abutment surface of the double pull lever to pivot the safety catch member from a locked first position to an unlocked second position.

A latch for a vehicle hood and method of construction thereof is provided. The latch includes a housing; a ratchet pivotally mounted on the housing and a pawl pivotally mounted on the housing for pivoting between a first position in locked engagement with the ratchet and a second position out of locked engagement with the ratchet, with the pawl being biased into the first position. A pawl lever is pivotally mounted on the housing to engage the pawl and rotate the pawl from the first position to the second position. A double pull lever having an abutment surface is pivotally mounted on the pawl lever. A safety catch member is pivotally mounted on the housing, wherein the safety catch member selectively engages the abutment surface of the double pull lever to pivot the safety catch member from a locked first position to an unlocked second position.
