ELECTRICALLY ACTUATED EXTERNAL OPENING CONTROL
A control is configured for being integrated and concealed in a pillar of a window of the door, and includes a base secured to the pillar, trim configured for externally cladding the opening control on the pillar and supported by the base, and a control interface for electrical actuation of a lock of the door. The trim of the pillar is conformed to follow the external shape of the pillar.
Cover flap arrangement for a handle arrangement of a motor vehicle door
The invention relates to a cover flap arrangement for a handle arrangement of a motor vehicle door, the handle arrangement having an, in particular, elongate handle section with a gripping region and two gripping openings which are arranged on both sides of the handle section towards the gripping region. It is proposed that the cover flap arrangement has two cover flaps which can be adjusted in each case between a covering position, in which, in the installed state, they in each case cover a gripping opening, in particular sealingly, and an exposing position, in which, in the installed state, they in each case expose a gripping opening.
Handle for a vehicle door
A handle for a vehicle door is provided that includes an activation member configured to activate a latch of a vehicle door and a grip member that cooperates with the activation member to unlatch the door. The grip member is movable between a flush position where a gripping part extends flush to an external panel of the door, an active position where the gripping part is graspable by projecting from the panel and the grip member cooperates with the activation member, and an opening position where the grip member drives the activation member to activate the latch and unlatch the door. In one form, a driving mechanism and actuator lever drives the grip member between the flush and active position. When the grip member is pulled in an opening direction, the grip member drives the activation member which in turn activates the latch to unlatch the door.
DOOR HANDLE ASSEMBLY HAVING AN ADJUSTING MECHANISM FOR A DOOR HANDLE
A door handle assembly may have an adjustable door handle having a handle support structure and an adjusting mechanism for adjusting the door handle between a non-use position and a use position. The adjusting mechanism may have at least one drive unit and a force transfer element. The force transfer element can be moved by the drive unit between a closed position corresponding to the non-use position of the door handle, an open position corresponding to the use position of the door handle, and a correcting position. The force transfer element may be in operative connection to the handle support structure to move the door handle between the non-use position and the use position. The force transfer element, during a movement from the closed position into the correcting position, actuates the retraction device so that the door handle is moved into the non-use position.
Vehicle door handle with sensitive actuator
A vehicle door handle includes a coupling device having a handle lever movable between a flush position in which the handle lever is flush with an exterior door panel surface, a ready position in which the handle lever is extended and graspable by a user, and an inwards pushed position. The handle lever includes a handle lever shaft rotatively connected to a handle lever base. The vehicle door handle further includes a positioning device, at least one reduction mechanism driven in rotation by an electric motor and driving in rotation the handle lever shaft, and an electronic control unit operable to create a motor short circuit so as to generate a torque resistance on the handle lever.
DOOR HANDLE ASSEMBLY FOR A MOTOR VEHICLE
A door handle assembly for a motor vehicle includes a handle carrier, a handle part that is arranged such that it is strake-flush with a door in a resting position and projecting out of the door in an actuation position, a lever element that moves the handle part, and a transmission element. For an electrically operated normal operation, the transmission element is designed such that it can move in an entirely electrically driven manner into a first normal operation position, in which the transmission element moves the handle part into the actuation position via the lever element. The handle part can be moved and actuated in order to open the door, even in the event of a failure of the motor drive. For this purpose, for a currentless emergency operation, the transmission element is designed such that it can move from an initial position into an emergency operation position, in which the transmission element swivels the lever element at least in order to move the handle part into the actuation position.
VEHICLE DOOR HAVING AN EXTENDABLE DOOR HANDLE
A motor vehicle door has a shell and a door handle that can be moved laterally in relation to a vehicle longitudinal axis between a retracted and an extended position. In the retracted position the door handle is in a recess adjusted to the contour of the door handle, the recess being arranged in the shell of the vehicle door with a door handle surface substantially flush with the shell. In the extended position, the door handle is moved laterally outwards so that it is actuatable from outside for opening the vehicle door. In the extended position, the door handle is firstly in active connection with a switch, which is coupled to the electrical unlocking device of a door lock, and secondly is mechanically coupled to the door lock, such that an actuation of the door handle with a minimal actuation path effectuates the switch and an electrical unlocking device of the door lock and an actuation of the door handle with a greater actuation path effectuates a mechanical unlocking of the door lock.
Door handle assembly
A door handle assembly is provided in the door of an automobile. The assembly includes an aperture in the outer skin of the door and a cover plate which closes off the aperture. The cover plate is retractable into a pocket behind the aperture, to open the aperture and allow a user to insert his/her fingers into the aperture. The user may then grab a latch release handle which is provided on the inner surface of the skin of the door, which senses the user's touch and releases a door latch, so that the door can be pulled open.
HANDLE FOR A DOOR LEAF FOR A MOTOR VEHICLE
A handle of a door leaf for a motor vehicle includes a gripping element and a detection device. The gripping element includes an external surface facing outside of a vehicle passenger compartment and an internal surface facing inside of the vehicle passenger compartment. The gripping element is movable relative to a support and fixed to at least one lever configured to displace the gripping element. The gripping element is flush with the door leaf in a closed position. The detection device is configured to detect a predetermined pressure exerted on the gripping element and to send, when such predetermined pressure is detected, an opening signal of the door leaf to an opening device configured to open the door leaf. The detection device is disposed relative to the gripping element on the internal surface of the gripping element.
Telescoping flush handle for lift and slide doors
The present disclosure includes a handle assembly system for use with lift and slide doors. The handle assembly can include a handle housing that can serve as a support frame for housing and securing the handle flush within a front face of the door. The handle can be pivoted out of the handle housing and extended to increase length, wherein rotating the handle allows a user to actuate the door panels in order to open and close the sliding door system. The telescoping handle can allow a user to grip the handle and provide a lever-type function to reduce the force required by the user to actuate the panel, such as to lift the panel onto or off the track.
