A door system to provide a check function and door closing assistance in a vehicle is provided. The door system comprises a door hinge, a clip assembly attached to the door hinge and a door closing assist device disposed adjacent to the door hinge. The door hinge includes a body leaf fixed to a body of the vehicle, and a door leaf attached to a door of the vehicle and configured to be movable relative to the body leaf and the door leaf includes an engagement member. The clip assembly includes a check member having a distal end and a base end and the check member includes at least a first check portion adjacent to the distal end and a second check portion adjacent to the base end.

A swing panel or flap is pivotally attached to a vehicle body with a hinge. The hinge includes a first fitting part fastened to a first selected vehicle part under the body and flap, and a second fitting part fastened to the second selected vehicle part under the body and flap. The second fitting part is joined with the first fitting part so that it can pivot around a hinge axis. A head of a post of the first vehicle part is inserted through a passage of the first fitting part. A control part is movable between a locked position, in which it engages between an undercut of the head and the first fitting part, and a released position, in which it is retracted from the undercut, and the head is free to traverse the passage.

An extended range sliding door hinge may include a track bracket assembly and an intermediate bracket. The track bracket assembly is sized to be operatively received by a vehicle door track assembly. A first end of the intermediate bracket is movably mounted to the track bracket assembly so that the intermediate bracket may be moved with respect to the track bracket assembly between a retracted position and an extended position. A second end of the intermediate bracket is sized to operatively engage a vehicle sliding door. An opening system for a cowling access door, to a cowling access door with such an opening system for a cowling of an aircraft, to an aircraft comprising such a cowling access door, and to a method of operating such an opening system. The opening system may include an overcentering latch that automatically latches in the over-centered state to prevent the cowling access door from returning to the closed position, and a release system that is coupled to the overcentering latch and adapted for transitioning the overcentering latch from the over-centered state to an unclamped state. The opening system further includes a remote actuator that is located spaced apart from the release system and adapted for remotely actuating the release system.

A bonnet mounting apparatus of an agricultural work vehicle enables a bonnet that covers an engine compartment of an agricultural work vehicle to be opened upward. The bonnet mounting apparatus includes: a fastener on which a coupling protrusion is provided, and which is attached to the inside of one end portion of a bonnet; and a hinge on which a coupling recess, into which the coupling protrusion is inserted, is provided, and which is hingedly coupled to the upper end of a bonnet support at a vehicle body side so as to be rotatable upward and downward. According to the present invention, the bonnet is easily connected to the vehicle body by inserting the coupling protrusion of the bonnet into the coupling recess of the hinge at the vehicle body side.

A hinge for a hood of a vehicle includes a first bracket, a member coupled to and rotatable relative to the first bracket, and a second bracket coupled to and rotatable relative to the member. An actuator includes a base connected to the first bracket and a rod moveable relative to the base. The rod moves from a retracted position to an extended position in contact with the second bracket.
