A door includes a handle, a handle link configured to rotate about a handle shaft, a first swing hinge shaft configured to protrude outward from and retract into a first side of the door, a pull-down configured to protrude outward from and retract into a second side of the door, a first main link having a first end rotatably connected to the handle link and a second end rotatably connected to the first swing hinge shaft, and a second main link having a first end rotatably connected to the handle link and a second end rotatably connected to the pull-down bar. The pull-down bar and the first swing hinge shaft are each configured to protrude from or retract to a side of the door based on rotation of the handle.

A concealed hinge for a turn-tilt window with a fixed frame and a leaf is provided with a scissor mechanism with a main arm having at a first end a hinge for fastening the concealed hinge to the top of the leaf, and is hingeably connected at a second end to a scissor hinge that is intended for the connection to the frame. The scissor hinge is composed of two scissor arms that are hingeable with respect to one another in such a way that the concealed hinge can be folded up. The main arm and the scissor arms extend above one another and parallel to one another in a horizontal direction. In the folded-up situation of the concealed hinge, when viewed vertically the main arm, with a section at the second end, is located above at least one of the scissor arms of the scissor hinge.

The hinge assembly includes a first hinge, a second hinge, a pivot, a connecting piece, a swing part, and a vertical limiting part. During the turning of the casement sash, the swing part swings only around the vertical limiting part, with a limited motion space. Therefore, the swing part and the casement do not shake easily. When the casement sash is open, the position of the vertical limiting part and casement sash does not change. Because all force of gravity of the casement sash is transferred to the window frame through the vertical limiting part, the bottom of the casement sash does not rub the window frame, avoiding generation of noise and abrasion of components of the hung window.
