Check assembly for sunroof systems

A tilt and slide apparatus for a sunroof of a vehicle includes a movable panel, a drive shoe configured to slide in a forward/rearward direction relative to the front of the vehicle, a lift guide connected to an end of the movable panel, and a check assembly. The check assembly couples the drive shoe and the lift guide when the drive shoe is slid in the forward direction to the lift guide. The check assembly includes a pin that extends through the mechanical lock, a receptacle coupled to the drive shoe. The pin passes into the receptacle when the drive shoe moves toward the lift guide.

The arm is connected both to a frame of the opening leaf and to the flexible element. The locking control device is configured to collaborate with a lock of the fittings system and to be actuated by the flexible element when the actuator is electrically activated. The drive arm supports the locking control device. The fittings system also includes an errorproofing system. The locking control device is configured to actuate the lock following activation of the errorproofing system and when the actuator is electrically activated.

Disclosed herein is a sealing assembly for moving a slidable panel for engagement with and disengagement from sealing means, the sealing assembly comprising a linkage assembly which connects a handle and at least one roller assembly having roller wheels, the sealing assembly being configured to be adjustable, by manipulation of the handle, such that the at least one roller assembly and the slidable panel supported thereby are movable between a first position where the slidable panel is in contact with sealing means thereby providing weatherproofing and a second position where the slidable panel is free of the sealing means and the panel is able to move freely relative to an outer frame, and wherein the linkage assembly is configured to as to provide a variable force through the handle when the at least one roller assembly and supported panel is moved between the first and second positions.
