The pivot door hinge further includes a braking mechanism arranged within the hinge housing, cooperatively connected to the pivot axle, the braking mechanism being arranged for providing braking action in the angular position range of the door hinge relative to the pivot axle with a braking-angle profile.
DOOR CLOSER ARRANGEMENT
The invention comprises a door closer (1), a slide rail (3) and an arm (2). The arm is connected to the door closer (1) and to the slide rail (3). The slide rail is provided with a hold open device (4) in order to keep a door open. The arm (2) comprises an outer arm (8A, 9A) and an inner arm (8B, 9B). The inner is situated partly inside the outer arm in a sliding manner. The arm (2) also comprises a spring arrangement (11) in order to hold the inner arm (8B, 9B) in a normal position in the outer arm (8A, 9A), and a release device (10A, 10B). The release device is arranged to release the inner arm (8B, 9B) from its normal position when an external force being strong enough to active a release of the release device (10A, 10B) drives the inner arm (8B, 9B) out from the outer arm (8A, 9A).
DOOR CONTROL ARMATURE ASSEMBLIES
An exemplary armature assembly is configured for use with a door control mounted to one of a door or a doorframe. The door control includes a rotatable pinion, and the armature assembly includes an armature, a shoe, and an elastic component. The armature has a first end and an opposite second end, and the first end includes an opening sized and shaped to receive the pinion at a first interface. The shoe is configured for mounting to the other of the door or the doorframe, and the second end of the armature is pivotally connected to the shoe at a second interface. In certain forms, the elastic component coupled with the armature and configured to absorb mechanical shocks at one of the first interface or the second interface. In certain forms, the elastic component is configured to absorb mechanical shocks along the length of the armature.
DOOR CLOSER ARRANGEMENT
The aim of the invention is to achieve a door closer arrangement (1) where the force needed for opening the door (2) is not so substantial. The invention comprises a door closer (6), a slide rail (7), and an arm (8) that connects the door closer with the slide rail. The arrangement comprises also a second rail (9), which is arranged to form a slide slope for the door closer (6).
The arrangement comprises also a second rail (9), which is arranged to form a slide slope for the door closer (6) and the auxiliary spring arrangement.

The arrangement comprises also a second rail, which is arranged to form a slide slope for the door closer and the auxiliary spring arrangement.
PIVOT DOOR HINGE
Pivot door hinge, including a hinge housing for mounting the pivot door hinge to a door, a pivot axle pivotally supported within the housing, the pivot axle having an end arranged for rotationally anchoring the pivot axle to a structure holding the door, a closing mechanism arranged within the hinge housing, the closing mechanism being cooperatively connected to the pivot axle, the closing mechanism being arranged for providing a closing torque in an angular position range of the door hinge relative to the pivot axle, the angular position range corresponding with a door in an open state. The pivot door hinge further includes a braking mechanism arranged within the hinge housing, cooperatively connected to the pivot axle, the braking mechanism being arranged for providing braking action in the angular position range of the door hinge relative to the pivot axle with a braking-angle profile.
Guiding rail for guiding a door leaf between an opening position and a closing position in relation to a door opening in a wall
A guiding rail for guiding a door leaf between an opening position and a closing position in relation to a door opening in a wall includes: at least one guiding section with a guiding compartment, in which a sliding element is accommodated to be movable, wherein the guiding section includes a guiding opening, through which a bearing axis of the sliding element exits at least partially from the guiding compartment, at which axis a lever element is supportable to be rotationally movable, in order to establish an operative connection between the sliding element and the door leaf. The guiding rail further includes at least one functional section with a functional compartment, in which a transmission means is receivable, which serves for transferring electrical energy and/or data between at least a wall-sided energy source and a door leaf-sided energy recipient and a labyrinth guide between the guiding and functional compartments.
MODULAR DOOR OPERATING LINKAGE SYSTEM AND RELATED METHOD FOR CONNECTING A DOOR TO A DRIVER
A modular door operating linkage system connectable to an extendable from a door pivotable between closed and open positions about a generally vertical axis disposed such that the door can be either pushed or pulled between positions. The modular linkage system includes a rigid generally L-shaped crank arm component connected to a powered driver which drives the crank arm component in opposite arcuate directions. The modular linkage system also includes a rigid elongated track component defining a generally C-shaped linear channel. The modular linkage system also includes a rigid but adjustable multipiece link component. The linkage system further includes a rigid block component which is configured and designed to act in concert with the other components of the linkage system.
