Structuring for cushioning deadbolt and/or latch at door frame
A deadbolt cushioning system includes: a deadbolt cushioning structure attached to a door frame so that when a door with a fully extended deadbolt closes from a wide open position toward a closed position the extended deadbolt impacts the deadbolt cushioning structure. The deadbolt cushioning structure for preventing the extended deadbolt from impacting the door frame and for preventing the extended deadbolt from impacting a strike plate attached to the door frame. The deadbolt cushioning structure may include at least first and second telescoping housings with a biasing structure (e.g., foam and/or spring) provided therebetween. When the deadbolt impacts the deadbolt cushioning structure the biasing structure compresses and the second housing slides relative to the first structure and moves toward the face of the door frame to which the first housing is affixed.

FIXED BIN HINGE SYSTEM
A hinge assembly for an aircraft overhead storage bin that includes a housing having a hinge space and a hinge opening defined therein, an arm pivotably connected to the housing within the hinge space, and a dampener. The hinge opening communicates the hinge space with an exterior of the housing. The arm is pivotable between a closed position and an open position and extends through the hinge opening such that the first end of the arm is positioned outside of the housing. The dampener includes first and second ends. The first end is connected to the housing and the second end is connected to the arm. The dampener biases the arm from the closed position to the open position.
Door stopper
The door stopper is adhered to the front wing of the door that has been completely opened and the door is prevented to move from this point on. When the door is desired to be closed, the door is pulled gently by hand, the force applied by the door to the stopper tensions the pressure spring and the pressure spring forces the moveable head down to the floor, thereby enabling the door to pass over the stopper.

Damper device set and cooling and/or freezing showcase
A damper device set is provided which can mount a damper device on a door that is thin and has a constraint on the mounting position. A first fastening member is used to fix a mounting plate to a door. A second fastening member placed at a position different from the first fastening member in a thickness direction of the door is used to fix, to the mounting plate, a damper device including a case and a linear damper housed in the case. At least part of the linear damper overlaps at least part of the first fastening member in plan view of the door.

KEYLESS ACCESS FOR COMMERCIAL VEHICLES
A commercial vehicle used for parcel delivery is installed with a control module. The control module communicates wirelessly with a transmitter to give control to the vehicle operator. The vehicle operator can access the vehicle's cargo compartment through the bulkhead door and/or the rear door solely by using the transmitter as opposed to manually actuating the door latch. A door actuator is added to the bulkhead door such that when the bulkhead door is wirelessly actuated the door opens without operator assistance, and the process of the door opening does not damage the vehicle. Additionally, the vehicle operator can initiate the control module to allow a push-button start and stop of the vehicle's ignition system. Such elements contribute to time savings and cost savings for parcel delivery operators.

DRAWER ASSEMBLY AND REFRIGERATOR HAVING THE SAME
A drawer assembly and a refrigerator, the drawer assembly comprising a drawer body, a slideway assembly for pushing and pulling the drawer body, and a damping reset unit matching the drawer body and being arranged on the sliding channel assembly, the damping reset unit comprising an elastic member for driving the drawer body to reset from an open state to a closed state and a damping member for reducing the reset speed of the elastic member. A refrigerator is provided with the drawer assembly. The arrangement of the damping reset unit enables the process of closing the drawer body to not require the application of external force during the entire process, and the arrangement of the damping member makes the rebound process of the drawer body much gentle, avoiding the vibration, noise, and damage that may be produced during rapid rebound.
