At least one securing device can secure the first fitting part to the second fitting part. The securing device includes a first component with at least one thread-free section and a threaded section and a second component with at least one mating thread. The thread-free section, the threaded section, and the mating thread are arranged on the two components of the securing device such that the mating thread contacts the thread-free section in a sliding position and is engaged with the threaded section in an engagement position.
Sealed locking fixture
A locking fixture that has a housing (1) with a male thread, that can be installed in a hole in a door or a mounting plate (13), in the housing bore (34) of which, an actuator shaft (2) with limited rotation that has a locking tongue (9) on its exposed end is supported such that it can be rotated by means of an actuating section (12) formed on the actuator shaft (2), and has a screw sleeve (7) with a female thread, which secures the locking fixture to the door or mounting plate (13), wherein, in obtaining a hygienic design, the actuator shaft (2) is sealed at both ends where it passes through the housing (12) and the rotation limiter (5, 16, 23, 24) is located in the sealed housing bore (34).
Door hinge
Disclosed is a door hinge, comprising: a fixed body that is provided with a first connecting shaft and a second connecting shaft along the lengthwise direction therein; a linkage assembly of which both ends are respectively hinged to the fixed body and a movable body; the movable body that is provided with a sliding block capable of sliding along the depth direction of the movable body therein, one end of the sliding block being hinged to one end of the linkage assembly, and a straight track surface and an inclined track surface inclined towards the interior of the sliding block being provided at one side of the sliding block; and a self-closing mechanism that is provided on the side of interior of the movable body close to the straight track surface, has a telescopic structure, and has one end abutting against the side surface of the sliding bock.
GATE
A gate apparatus comprising a mounting structure and at least one hinge. The hinge has a first pivoting part, a second pivoting part, and a spring element, the first pivoting part being attachable to the mounting structure. A swingable structure is attachable to the second pivoting part of the hinge. The first and second pivoting parts define an internal space in which the spring is received so as to be entirely enclosed, the internal space being formed by opposed recesses defined in the pivoting parts. In addition, the internal space is configured to allow the spring element to be seated in the internal space in a selected one of a first orientation and a second orientation allowing the first pivoting part and the second pivoting part of the at least one hinge to be aligned or perpendicular when the swingable structure is in a closed position.
COUPLING DEVICE WITH INTEGRATED CLEARANCE COMPENSATION
A device for closing (1) a bay arranged in a structure comprises a support (7) intended to receive a drive device (8) and to be fixed to said structure. The support (7) comprises a plate (10), intended to be fixed to said structure and receive said drive device (8) and a cover (12), receiving a coupling portion (60) of a transmission means (6) towards the bay. The support (7) is capable of assuming at least one free state, wherein the cover (12) and the plate (10) are free in translation in relation to one another; and a locked state, in which the cover (12) and the plate (10) are immobile in relation to one another.
WINDOW LIFTER ASSEMBLY FOR A MOTOR VEHICLE
A window lifter assembly for a motor vehicle, comprising an electric-motor-powered cable drive having a housing, and comprising a guide rail to which the cable drive is connected via a screw fastening. The guide rail has at least one passage opening for a screw element having a screw head, which passage opening is aligned with a screw opening of the cable drive and/or of its housing. At least one contact lug for contact with the screw head extends out of the guide rail in a region of the passage opening.
Driver element for a vehicle window lifter and vehicle window lifter
A driver element for a vehicle window lifter has a pane holder for fastening to a window pane, and a rail slider for guiding on a guide rail. The pane holder has two clamping jaws which form a clamping gap for receiving the window pane. At least part of a screw element vertically penetrates the clamping jaws, the screw element has a threaded portion and a head portion. The threaded portion can be screwed into a threaded opening in the rail slider in order to brace the clamping jaws in relation to each other such that the window pane is clamped. The screw element is at least partially guided through a passage opening having an annular collar which is projectingly molded thereon. In a pre-assembly position, the screw element is interlockingly and/or frictionally engagingly held on the annular collar.
Integrated sliding glass panel bumpers
Disclosed are integrated sliding glass panel bumper assemblies, frameless sliding glass panel systems that include one or more of the integrated sliding glass panel bumper assemblies, methods for installing the integrated sliding glass panel bumper assemblies, and methods for retrofitting a frameless sliding glass panel system with one or more of the integrated sliding glass panel bumper assemblies.
INTERCHANGEABLE RAIL TO JACKSHAFT CONVERSION
A GDO conversion assembly for transitioning between a ceiling mounted and a jackshaft configuration includes a motorhead having a motor output shaft extending from a motorhead casing that includes a mounting interface disposed proximate to the motor output shaft, a track assembly including an input interface shaped to mate with the mounting interface to operably couple the motorhead to a sectional garage door, and a transmission assembly including an input coupler shaped to mate with the mounting interface to operably couple the motorhead to the sectional garage door. The transmission assembly includes an output coupler to operably couple the transmission assembly to a drive tube rotatable to alternately open and close the sectional door. The output coupler includes an output pinion. The input coupler includes an input pinion operably coupled to the output pinion via a flexible coupling member. FOLDING DOOR ASSEMBLY AND COMPONENTS THEREOF
Folding door systems, methods and devices includes a first door panel, a second door panel, and an astragal mounted to the first panel. A concealed hinge block is embedded within the astragal and provides a vertically adjustable base for a pin knuckle that couples to a receiver knuckle on the second panel. An integrated shoot bolt actuator system that drives bolts into a header and sill to secure the panels in a closed position operates around the hinge block. A worm gear-based adjuster mechanism within a receiver knuckle enables fine alignment between the two door panels in relation to the hinge knuckle. The system conceals all fasteners and actuator components within the astragal, supporting both inswing and outswing configurations. The modular architecture improves field adjustability, enhances aesthetics, and maintains compatibility with standard door panel constructions while enabling the panels to fold fully open against one another for maximum clear opening.
