The longitudinal passage includes a positioning component receiving groove and a sliding groove. A glass clamp component is disposed at a top of the movable door piece, and the top of the glass clamp component is connected to a threaded hole in the pulley component by using an adjusting screw, so that the movable door piece is integrally suspended directly below the flexible closer component and the pulley component. The inner space of the track can be fully utilized to reduce the height of the track and reduce the weight and manufacturing costs of the track.

DOOR WITH MAGNETIC SEAL
20240093547 · 2024-03-21 ·

A door includes a door frame with abutment element, a door leaf movable from open to closed positions, a seat, and a guillotine accommodated in the seat and passing from a retracted to an extended position along a sliding direction. A first magnet, integral with the guillotine, exerts a magnetic attraction of the guillotine into the seat. A second magnet, separated from the first magnet, is integral with the guillotine. A second magnet interaction element, separated from the first and second magnets, and interacting with the second magnet, is integral with the abutment element to attract the second magnet and exert an extraction on the guillotine, the second magnet extracting the guillotine from the seat only when the second magnet faces the second magnet interaction element or when the sliding direction intercepts the second magnet interaction element, the first magnet exerting a lower magnetic action than the second magnet.

WINDOW ASSEMBLY, VEHICLE DOOR, AND VEHICLE

A window assembly for a vehicle, comprising a first drive, comprising a first stator and a first rotor arranged around the first stator; a mobile window, having a transversal edge and a first longitudinal edge and sliding between an open position where the transversal edge is positioned at a first longitudinal end of the first drive and the first longitudinal edge is positioned along the first drive, and a closed position where the transversal edge is positioned at a second longitudinal end of the first drive and where the first longitudinal edge is positioned past the first drive; and a first transmission mechanism, the mobile window being driven by the rotation of the first rotor, via the first transmission mechanism.

Demountable wall system

A demountable modular wall system for a building having a floor and a ceiling. The system includes panels having a top end and a bottom end with a movement direction defined perpendicularly therebetween. A height adjustment mechanism is positioned between the bottom end of one of the panels and the floor. The height adjustment mechanism has a mounting bracket that sandwiches the bottom end of the one of the panels. The height adjustment mechanism includes a receiving cylinder that threadingly engages with a first member. The first member also threadingly engages with a second member positioned between the first member and the floor. The first member is moveable relative to the receiving cylinder in the movement direction such that rotation of the first member selectively adjusts the height of the one of the panels.

Low-bulkiness hinge

A hinge having a first hinge part and a second hinge part. The second hinge part has a hinge pin to which the first hinge part is connected for movement relative to the second hinge part about a hinge axis between a closed position. An over-close mechanism is provided comprising a catch member on the second hinge part arranged to co-operate with the first hinge part to urge the first hinge part towards the closed position during closing movement of the first hinge part and to retain the first hinge part arrange to co-operate with the hinge pin to urge the first hinge part towards the closed position during closing movement. A soft-close mechanism is provided comprising a damper member on the first hinge part arranged to co-operate with the hinge pin to provide a braking force in the direction of closing.

MULTI-POSITIONABLE FOLDING FOOD SHIELD CONFIGURABLE FOR USE IN CAFETERIA, SELF-SERVE AND SELF-SERVE WITH DISPLAY MODES
20190150640 · 2019-05-23 ·

A food shield for use in a restaurant or food service institution includes a pair of partially overlapping upper and lower transparent panels, first and second locking assemblies connected to and supporting one lateral side of each of the upper and lower transparent panels, and first and second non-locking assemblies connected to and supporting the opposite lateral side of each of the upper and lower transparent panels. Each of the first locking and non-locking assemblies, which supports the upper transparent panel, is mountable to a respective vertical support post. The food shield is transformable into three different settings. In a cafeteria setting, the upper and lower transparent panels overlap each other to provide a full length barrier in front of food product being displayed. In a self-serve setting, the lower transparent panel is pivoted inwardly such that it resides behind the upper transparent panel. In a self-serve and display setting, the lower transparent panel is adjusted to a horizontal position to create a shelf situated behind the upper transparent panel.
