SENSOR UNIT MANUFACTURING METHOD
A sensor unit manufacturing method includes: a core metal insertion process of inserting a core metal member having a length dimension smaller than a length dimension of a core metal accommodation portion into a predetermined location (a section of a curving portion) extending along a longitudinal direction of the core metal accommodation portion; and a bending process of bending the section (the section of the curving portion) of a fixation base portion, into which the core metal member is inserted, following a curved shape of a sensor bracket.
Secured Valet Vault
A valet vault is described herein. The valet vault may be constructed with components that result in improved strength and prevent theft. In one example embodiment, the vault may comprise a service side, an attachment side, and four exterior sides, a lockable utility box, a secured storage area being accessible through a door where a hinged end of the door is pivotally connected to a door frame by at least one hinge, and a security plate substantially separating the secured storage area and the lockable utility box. The vault may comprise a catch/latch to stop the door. The vault may comprise an illuminatable sign that does not compromise the security of the secured storage area. The door may comprise reinforcements. The vault may be a podium or be coupled to a wall.
HINGE
A hinge includes: a vehicle body-side hinge member that includes a vehicle body attachment portion for attachment to a vehicle body; a back door-side hinge member that includes a door attachment portion for attachment to a back door and a coupling portion extending from the door attachment portion toward the vehicle body-side hinge member, the coupling portion including a reinforcing rib on both edges in a width direction intersecting an extension direction of the coupling portion; and a rotational support member that couples an end portion, at a side of the vehicle body-side hinge member, of the coupling portion together with the vehicle body-side hinge member, and that supports the vehicle body-side hinge member and the back door-side hinge member so as to allow relative rotation of the vehicle body-side hinge member and the back door-side hinge member.
Spring hinge base structure
A spring hinge base structure is provided, including: a body, having a first tube and a first plate portion; locking units each having a cover and an engagement member, each engagement member being engaged within the cover, two of the locking units being connected to opposite ends of the first tube; an elastic element, engaged with the two locking units; a second plate portion; and a shaft, disposed through the respective cover and respective engagement member, wherein the second plate portion is integral and rotatably movable together with one of the locking units by a bump component and abutted between the second plate portion and one of the locking unit.
Door hinge and method of manufacturing same
A method of manufacturing a door hinge, which can improve productivity by applying both metal injection molding and additive manufacturing is disclosed. The door hinge includes: a first body configured to include at least one first connection member in which a first pinhole is formed; a second body configured to include at least one second connection member in which a second pinhole communicating with the first pinhole is formed; and a pin member configured to be added and filled in a cavity formed by communicating the first pinhole of the first body and the second pinhole of the second body with each other so that the first body and the second body are foldably connected to each other.
Vehicle door opening and closing apparatus
A supporting member includes: a rotatable spindle supported in a first housing; a cylindrical first guide fixed in a second housing, and guiding a relative movement of the spindle in an axial direction; a second guide fixed in the first housing, having an inner diameter larger than a first guide's outer diameter, and relatively movable in the direction to the first guide; and a nut being a stepped shaft-like member including an insertion portion inserted into the first guide, a protruding portion protruded from the first guide, and a narrow portion provided therebetween. The first guide includes a caulking portion to the nut at an opening end. The caulking portion includes a portion extending to intersect in the direction along a step between the insertion portion and the narrow portion, and another portion parallel to the direction along an outer circumferential surface of the narrow portion.
System for fastening attachments to a substrate with an insulation layer
Fastening system (1) for fastening an attachment (18) to a substrate (13) with an insulation layer (16), the fastening system (1) comprising an anchor bolt (2), with a first area (3) for anchoring in the substrate (13), a second area (4) to which the attachment (18) can be fastened, and a stop (5), a mounting tool (6) to form an opening in the insulation layer (16), and a sealing element (7) adapted to be disposed at the stop (5) after the mounting tool (6) has been removed and to seal the opening in the insulation layer (16) as well as a corresponding method.

Hinge device with dampening of end strokes
A hinged device with dampening of the opening (A) and/or closing (C) end strokes of a door of an appliance includes a first element (3) to be fixed to a body and a second element (5) to be fixed to the door of the appliance and hinged by a hinge pin (7) so that the door rotates along the opening (A) and closing (C) end strokes and an intermediate (I) stroke around the hinge pin (7). The device includes a cradle (11) sliding into the first element (3) and a connecting rod (13) connected to the cradle (11) and to the second element (5) for translation, following the door rotation, of the cradle (11) that slidably houses a damper (21) of variable length and provided with sliding members (25, 27) sliding into first slots (31) of the cradle (11) and into second slots (33) of the first element (3).
Padlock
The present invention relates to a padlock having a metal U-shaped rod seated in an outer polymer body. The padlock has a one-piece actuating device that is formed by a base that is operatively associated with the core of the cylinder unit, an elongate body portion that is positioned above the base and has end portions designed to be seated in corresponding recesses of the rod, and a stop portion that projects laterally from the elongate body portion. Rotating the core of the cylinder unit to open the padlock causes the rotation of the base of the actuating device, and consequently the rotation of the elongate body, causing the end portions of the elongate body to come out of the recesses in the rod.
