Fractionation tray having a manway unit
A fractionation tray includes a manway unit positioned to cover a manway opening in the fractionation tray. The manway opening is framed by one or more fractionation tray panels having apertures therethrough adjacent to the manway opening. The manway unit includes a first manway panel having: perforations for the passage of fluid; first and second opposing side edges and two opposing end edges; and finger elements extending from the second side edge. The finger elements of the second side edge are received within the apertures adjacent to a first side of the manway opening. The manway unit is configured to open and close by rotation of the finger elements within the apertures.
SHOOT BOLT ASSEMBLY
The invention relates to a shoot boll assembly for mounting in a groove formed in a side edge of a panel, the assembly including a handle mechanism, a shoot bolt and a rod to connect the handle mechanism to the shoot bolt so that, actuation of the handle mechanism causes the shoot bolt to extend and retract from a top or bottom edge of the panel, wherein the assembly includes a hinge block arranged to fit in the groove, the hinge block having a deck with attachment holes for a hinge and fixing platforms that secure the block to a base of the groove, wherein a passage is provided beneath the deck and platforms for the rod to pass through. The invention also relates to a hinge block for the shoot bolt assembly, a folding panel system and a method of constructing a panel.
TRAFFIC DOOR WITH EDGE TRIM AND METHOD OF ASSEMBLING SAME
A traffic door includes a door body having at least one edge and opposed faces, and an edge trim including an inner surface and an outer surface and attached to the door body to cover at least a portion of the at least one edge. The inner surface of the edge trim includes a cavity that receives the at least one edge of the door body therein and the edge trim is secured to the door body through a friction fit between the cavity and the door body. The edge trim includes reinforcement regions adjacent the cavity to increase strength in this region, and void regions away from the cavity to minimizing weight and material usage. A method of assembling a traffic door having edge trim is also disclosed.
Metal door
A metal door includes a pair of sheet metal door panels. Each of the door panels includes a central body portion with top, bottom and opposing side edges. The doors include an integral flange along each side edge of each panel. The integral flange extends generally perpendicular to the central body portion. An integral inturned lip can be located along each flange and extend substantially parallel to the central body portion. The door panels are positioned such that the central body portions are in an opposing spaced apart relation to one another with the flanges adjacent to and aligned with one another. The inturned lips are positioned in contacting face-to-face relation. The metal door also includes an elongate connector overlying and clamping together each face-to-face pair of inturned lips to maintain the door panels in assembled relation.
ASTRAGAL AND SEALING FOR THE SAME
An astragal is described having a housing and a weather-strip extending along a length of the housing. An end cap is mounted to the housing. The end cap has a bottom wall positioned substantially horizontally along the bottom end of the housing. The bottom wall has an interior edge, an exterior edge opposite the interior edge, an upper surface, and a lower surface opposite the upper surface. At least one projection extends upwardly from the upper surface at a location along the upper surface closer to the interior edge than the exterior edge. The projection sized and positioned to project into the weather-strip and at least partially seal with a cavity opening at a lower end of the weather-strip.
DOOR CONSTRUCTION FOR A PORTABLE BUILDING DOOR
A door (10) comprising a door member having a rectangular frame (22) on which components forming the door member are assembled. The frame includes top, side and a bottom frame member (24, 26a, 26b, 28). The frame is sized and shaped to fit within an opening (P) in a sidewall (S) of a portable building (B). A foam panel (16) fits in the frame. Door panels (12, 14) are affixed to the outsides of the foam panel using an adhesive material. The result is a laminated door that can be lowered and raised for moving people and objects into and out of the building.
LIQUID CONTAINMENT DOOR WITH CONTINUOUS GASKET
A pedestrian door system includes a door frame comprising a frame strike side, a frame hinge side, and a frame sealing surface that extends up each of the frame strike and frame hinge sides. A threshold extends between the frame strike and frame hinge sides and includes a base secured to a floor surface and a threshold sealing surface. A door panel includes a panel bottom side, a panel strike side, a panel hinge side, and a continuous gasket extending continuously along the panel bottom side and up each of the panel strike and panel hinge sides. A door hinge couples the panel hinge side to the frame hinge side and facilitates hinged movement of the door panel between an open position and a closed position in which the gasket seals against the frame sealing surface and the threshold sealing surface in a liquid-tight manner.
ARCHITECTURAL INTERIOR DOOR CONSTRUCTION
A door comprising a molded core formed of a rigid foam material, having rigid reinforcing inserts affixed to the molded core.
Socket and door with same
A socket includes: an input terminal configured to be electrically connected to an AC power source; an output terminal configured to output an AC signal of the AC power supply; a switch circuit electrically connected between the input terminal and the output terminal; a step-down circuit electrically connected to the input terminal and configured to reduce the amplitude of the AC signal; a shaping circuit electrically connected to the step-down circuit and configured to convert the AC signal with reduced amplitude into a shaped signal; and a control circuit electrically connected to the shaping circuit and the switch circuit and configured to control the switch circuit based on the shaping signal to enable the switch circuit performs switching operation only when the AC signal is at zero potential. A door includes the socket.
SECURITY DOOR
A security door, including two non-metal boards, two metal boards disposed between the two non-metal boards, and being fixed one to the other, while forming at least one gap therebetween, and a plurality of pins, each extending between the two non-metal boards, through the two metal boards, for fixing the two non-metal boards one to the other.
