VARIABLE LIGHT TRANSMISSION PANEL AND DOOR HAVING THE SAME
A door, which includes a variable light transmission panel and a frame and is mounted on a body by a hinge so as to be opened and closed, is disclosed, and the door includes a glass member provided on a front surface side of the frame, a protective panel provided on an inner surface side of the frame, the variable light transmission panel provided between the glass member and the protective panel and including a sheet made of a thermoplastic resin of polymethyl methacrylate (PMMA) or polycarbonate (PC) and nano-sized dyes, a light-emitting member provided between the protective panel and the variable light transmission panel, and a power supply member configured to supply power to the light-emitting member.
Air tight door
The present disclosure relates to an air tight door including a frame having three frame members disposed, respectively, at a first lateral side, a second lateral side, and an upper side of an opening; and a longitudinal member disposed at a lower side of the opening. The door is rotatably connected to the frame member disposed at the first lateral side of the opening so as to open and/or close the opening. A first sealing disposed at each of the three frame members closely contacts the door in a closed state; and a second sealing elevatably disposed at a lower end of the door descends from the lower end of the door to closely contact the longitudinal member in the closed state. A locking device fixes a position of the door in the closed state; and an actuating device is configured to unlock the locking device.
Doors and methods for reducing telegraphing therefor
This invention relates to doors having internal blocking components that reduce or eliminate telegraphing of the outer surface of the door facings. In particular, the invention relates to steel-edge steel doors that have internal solid wood blocks that have one or more integral cantilever beams formed into the blocks to interact with the adjoined oppositely arranged door facings in order to eliminate visually apparent door telegraphing. The blocks are modified to contain notches formed therein to form the cantilever beams.
Security door system
A security door system includes a door frame, a door, and an astragal. The door frame has first and second vertically extending side members that define an opening therebetween. The door is disposed within the opening and is secured to the frame via a hinged connection along the first vertically extending side member. A gap is defined between an edge of the door, that is opposite the hinged connection, and the second vertically extending side member when the door is in a closed position. The astragal has first and second plates that are secured to an outer surface of the door. The first plate extends beyond the edge such that the first plate covers the gap when the door is in the closed position. The second plate extends from the first plate in a direction away from the edge and toward the hinged connection.
Double Door Gate Apparatus
A double door gate apparatus having a frame, a main gate and a secondary gate, where the apparatus includes the unique features of a) a latch apparatus between uppermost framework members of the main gate and secondary gate, b) the latch apparatus being weighted to return to a normally closed position, c) each of the main gate and secondary gates having an inverted U-shaped piece engaging the bottommost horizontal member such that each of the main and secondary gates need to be lifted prior to being opened and prior to being closed, and d) a pair of hand wheels on a common shaft that work together to space the double door gate apparatus a desired distance from a vertical surface such as a wall.
ENCLOSURE STRUCTURE AND ENCLOSURE ASSEMBLY COMPRISING THE SAME
An enclosure structure including an enclosure body, a handle, and a slot. The enclosure body includes a first end portion and a second end portion that are disposed oppositely to each other. The enclosure body is provided with a clearance hole, and the clearance hole is disposed between the first end portion and the second end portion, and the handle is rotatably disposed on the enclosure body and is disposed between the clearance hole and the first end portion. The handle includes an elastic connecting portion, a boss, and a pressing portion. The pressing portion is configured to control a limiting member to be stuck in or detached from the slot. The elastic connecting portion protrudes out of the enclosure body and two ends thereof are connected to the enclosure body and the boss, respectively; the boss and the enclosure body are spaced apart.
LIQUID CONTAINMENT DOOR WITH CONTINUOUS GASKET
A pedestrian door system includes a door frame comprising a frame strike side, a frame hinge side, and a frame sealing surface that extends up each of the frame strike and frame hinge sides. A threshold extends between the frame strike and frame hinge sides and includes a base secured to a floor surface and a threshold sealing surface. A door panel includes a panel bottom side, a panel strike side, a panel hinge side, and a continuous gasket extending continuously along the panel bottom side and up each of the panel strike and panel hinge sides. A door hinge couples the panel hinge side to the frame hinge side and facilitates hinged movement of the door panel between an open position and a closed position in which the gasket seals against the frame sealing surface and the threshold sealing surface in a liquid-tight manner.
POWDER COATED METAL DOOR WITH CORE
A metal door and the method of making a metal door having powder coated, front and back skins, powder coated hinge and lock channels powder coated top and bottom channel and a core positioned within the door assembly.
Door assembly for an electromagnetic shielded enclosure
A door assembly for an electromagnetic shielded enclosure includes a metal door frame for defining a passageway into the enclosure and a door for selectively enclosing the passageway. The door includes a door leaf pivotally coupled to the frame. A set of radio frequency (RF) seals is connected to the exposed peripheral edge of a conductive plate in the door leaf. Each RF seal includes a resilient movable finger which overlies a U-shaped bracket mounted along the outer edge of the door leaf. A plurality of air cylinders is mounted within each bracket and is designed to urge the resilient finger of each RF seal into contact with the door frame.
Door Rail System
An improved door rail system for holding a panel, such as a glass panel, is presented. The door rail system includes a core rail and clamping rails having a wedging geometry so that when the clamping rails are actuated with respect to the core rail, clamping force is applied to the glass panel to secure the panel within the core rail. The improved door rail system accommodates panels of varying thickness, features the use of modular side covers and incorporates a door to door jamb adjustment device allowing for angular adjustments.
