Wooden Veneer-faced Window Shutter
20190145160 · 2019-05-16 ·

A wooden veneer-faced window shutter, comprising a variety of shutter components, wherein the components comprise a blade, a stile, a rail and a frame, wherein the blade, the stile, the rail and the frame comprise a poplar (or other inexpensive soft wood species) FJL/LVL base and a layer of wood veneer face. The said base and veneer face are with E0 glue. This invention is simple in structure. By combing the cheap FJL/LVL base with the relatively expensive veneer face, this invention has the following advantages: first, it reduces the cost of making wood shutters; secondly, it meets the customer's need for window shutters made of expensive wood species; thirdly, it helps solve the shortage of some rare wood species.

Louvered separator

A louvered separator for separating water from an air flow is provided which includes a number of vertical slat structures having a constant profile, horizontally spaced from each other so as to form horizontally tortuous separating channels in the spaces between the slats. The slat structures include water-collecting troughs and two separate slats having differing constant profiles; in the air flow direction a foremost front slat and a following back slat. The front slat includes, in the flow direction, a leading edge, a middle area and a trailing edge, and the back slat includes, in the flow direction, a leading edge, a middle area and a trailing edge. The water-collecting trough is limited to the area of the trailing edge of the back slat, so that the front slat entirely, and the back slat for more than a half of its length from the leading edge towards the trailing edge, form only even surfaces to guide the flow.

SLAT OF WINDOW COVERING

A slat of a window covering is disclosed, wherein the slat includes a core material and a covering layer covering thereon. The core material is substantially long, and a surface thereof could be divided into two side surfaces and a continuous surface, wherein one of the side surfaces is on one side of the core material in a longitudinal direction, and the other one of the side surfaces is on the other side of the core material in the longitudinal direction. The continuous surface connects the peripheries of the side surfaces. The continuous surface has at least one flat segment provided in the longitudinal direction. The covering layer covers the continuous surface, wherein the covering layer has a greater thickness on the at least one flat segment than on any other parts of the continuous surface.

Slat device
