A multipurpose advertisement board comprising: a window; a vertical film comprising multiple film strips connected in series; a first image expression device comprising an operating unit rotatably connected to a vertical winding roller in upper and lower portions of the frame that vertically move the vertical film to display the multiple film strips in order; a horizontal film comprising multiple film strips connected in series; a second image expression device installed on the window frame, wherein the second image expression device comprises an operation unit rotatably connected to a horizontal winding roller installed in left and right portions of the window frame to rotate or release the horizontal film, thereby horizontally moving the horizontal film so that the multiple film strips of the horizontal film overlap with the film strips of the vertical film to make a combined image.

A zebra curtain comprises a curtain rolling device, an upper rail, two fixing brackets, a lower rail and a curtain sheet. Two ends of the curtain sheet are respectively fixed on the upper rail and the curtain rolling device. The upper rail comprises a first shaft sleeve and a second shaft sleeve. The first shaft sleeve comprises a first protruding shaft, and the second shaft sleeve comprises a bearing, a second protruding shaft, a spring and a positioning piece. The curtain sheet comprises light-transmitting parts and light-impermeable portions arranged at intervals. The second protruding shaft moves inside the bearing by the spring pressing to be separated from the fixing bracket and to take off the zebra curtain, then adjusting the light-transmitting parts and the light-impermeable parts, and releasing the second protruding shaft to be axially connected with the fixing bracket, thereby completing the assembly of the zebra curtain.

An insulating glazing system may include: at least two glass panes and a spacer element, wherein the at least two glass panes and the spacer element define a closed volume; a light ray shielding device within the closed volume, defining: transparent areas allowing passage of incident light rays with a given angle of incidence, whereas light rays having other angles of incidence are unable to pass through the transparent areas; and non-transparent areas configured to block the passage of the incident light rays, the non-transparent areas defining first and second surfaces; and a support means connected to the spacer element and operably associated with the shielding device. The shielding device may include a layer having retroreflective properties. The layer may at least partially cover one or both of the first and second surfaces of at least one of the areas of the non-transparent areas of the shielding device.

A curtain assembly includes a first curtain unit, a second curtain unit and a third curtain unit which includes multiple curtain pieces and each curtain piece includes an inside and an outside. Multiple first magnets are connected to the lower portion of the inside of each curtain piece, and multiple second magnets are connected to the top portion of the outside of each curtain piece. The second curtain unit is connected to the third curtain unit, and third curtain unit is connected to the first curtain unit. The multiple curtain pieces are able to be individually folded to introduce outside light into the room via the folded curtain pieces.

A system incorporating a camera sensor situated in a room having walls with windows and sun blinds. The sun blinds may control outdoor light to the room. Indoor light sources may provide artificial light in the room. A controller may receive signals from the camera sensor. The controller may estimate a presence of occupants and provide control signals to the sun blinds and light sources. A room temperature sensor and an HVAC system may be connected to the controller. A preset temperature, which may depend on occupancy, in the room or zone may be achieved with various kinds of heating or cooling. At the same time, outdoor light and indoor artificial light may be controlled to obtain a preset intensity of lighting in the room, which may depend on occupancy, in a manner to achieve a minimum cost of energy used by the HVAC and the light sources.

A method and system for changing light intensity that passes through a window is disclosed. The method includes securing a sheet with a plurality of portions to a window, wherein each portion has a respective transparency, and arranging the sheet in a first position such that a first portion of the sheet with a first transparency is placed in front of the window. In addition, the system is configured to allow the sheet to move from the first position to a second position, such that a second portion of the sheet with a second transparency is placed in front of the window.

A multifunctional double roll blind includes a roll screen, a housing, a winding rod and a twist preventing member in which the roll screen includes first and third adjustment units and a second adjustment unit formed between the first adjustment unit and the third adjustment unit, the first adjustment unit includes first translucent mesh parts and first blocking parts arranged in an alternating pattern, the third adjustment unit includes third translucent mesh parts and third blocking parts arranged in an alternating pattern, the second adjustment unit includes second translucent mesh parts and second blocking parts arranged in an alternating pattern, and the roll screen is configured to be in one of (i) a fully opening mode, (ii) a fully closed mode and (iii) an opening mode at an upper section and an closed mode at a lower section according to rotation of the winding rod.

A retractable curtain system is provided and includes a curtain support system, a curtain, and a retraction system. The curtain support system includes a pair of outer walls and an upper frame to provide a curtain receiving space. The curtain covers the curtain receiving space and includes a first non-transparent panel and transparent panel connected to the first non-transparent panel. The retraction system is connected to the curtain to lower and raise the transparent panel.

The disclosure presents methods and apparatus of light transmission control, comprising two layers of film separated by air, wherein each film is inlaid with a convex micro-lenses array. The first film will focus incoming light through the microlens, whereas the second film contains a grid of opaque areas that will be structured to block or un-block the focal planes of light depending on the thickness of the air layer. When the light is unblocked, the micro lens array in the second film will disperse the light to the other side of the film so it appears transparent or translucent. An attached hand pump can control the thickness of the air layer. The method and apparatus to control light levels is effective, reliable, affordable, intuitive and easy to use. The films can be attached to existing surfaces provide full transparency, a dimming effect, or complete blackout.

A blind assembly, a roller, and a method of assembling the same that reduces deviations from planarity (i.e. ripples and waves) and shadows on the surface of the fabric by utilizing fabric connected to at least one strip with no shape memory.
