Swivel device for rotating a bowl
The swivel device attaches to a bowl or is implemented as a component of the bowl. The swivel device enables adjustment of the bowl to align the outlet with the flowline. A flange of the swivel device includes multiple fastener apertures for securing the flange to the stack. The swivel device secures the bowl to the stack while allowing rotation of the bowl. Rotation of the bowl adjusts the positioning of the outlet to align the outlet with the flowline for connecting the outlet to the flowline.
Rotating control device systems and methods
A rotating control device (RCD) system includes a first RCD comprising a first body and a first sealing element within the first body and a second RCD comprising a second body a second sealing element within the second body. The RCD system also includes a controller that is configured to control a first actuator assembly to adjust the first RCD to a withdrawn configuration in which the first sealing element is not positioned to seal about a tubular and to control a second actuator assembly to maintain the second RCD in a sealing configuration in which the second sealing element is positioned to seal about the tubular while the first RCD is in the withdrawn configuration.
Pressure compensation piston for dynamic seal pressure differential minimization
Disclosed herein are embodiments of a pressure compensation piston and embodiments of rotary seal assemblies. In one embodiment, a pressure compensation piston for use with a rotary seal assembly includes a stepped piston having an opening extending there through for positioning the stepped piston about a rotatable shaft of a rotary seal assembly. In accordance with this embodiment, the pressure compensation piston further includes a rotary seal positioned along a radial surface of the opening for sealing the stepped piston relative to the rotatable shaft.
STUFFING BOX FOR AN ARTIFICIAL LIFT SYSTEM
A stuffing box for an artificial lift system includes a primary housing having threads. The stuffing box also includes at least one primary seal disposed within the primary housing, in which the at least one primary seal is configured to engage a polish rod. The stuffing box includes a secondary housing having threads. The stuffing box also includes at least one secondary seal disposed within the secondary housing, in which the at least one secondary seal is configured to engage the polish rod. The threads of the secondary housing are configured to engage the threads of the primary housing to couple the secondary housing to the primary housing, and the secondary housing is configured to compress the at least one primary seal via rotation of the secondary housing relative to the primary housing while the threads of the secondary housing are engaged with the threads of the primary housing.
System and method for monitoring and maintaining hydrostatic pressure during tripping operations, stripping operations, and axial pipe operations
The trip system closely monitors and ensures that the hydrostatic pressure of the wellbore stays consistent throughout the tripping process, stripping process, and axial pipe operations. The core components of the system include, but are not limited to, an advanced automation system that controls a back-pressure device, including but not limited to a choke, a rotary ball valve, or other flow control devices. The automation system also monitors upstream and downstream flow measurement components. The trip system also provides a pump system to circulate drilling fluid from the trip tank across the top of the wellhead and/or at a lower portion below the RCD.
WIPER PLUG
A wiper plug includes a mandrel and a seal unit disposed about the mandrel. The seal unit has a body and one or more fins extending outwardly from the body. An anti-extrusion assembly is disposed about the mandrel, and is arranged to transition between an initial configuration and an energized configuration. The anti-extrusion assembly limits extrusion of at least a portion of the seal unit.

DOWNHOLE WELLBORE TREATMENT SYSTEM AND METHOD
A downhole wellbore treatment system for and a method of treating an inner surface (FT) of a wellbore (W) is provided. The system comprises an elongate conduit (50) such as a flexible hose (50) for conveying treatment fluid from the surface (P; C) to a treatment head (80) adapted to be inserted into the wellbore (W). The treatment head (80) has a nozzle (83) providing an outlet from the conduit (50) for creating a jet of treatment fluid directed at the inner surface (FT) of the wellbore (W). The treatment head (50) is rotationally disconnected from the conduit (50) by a swivel device (70), allowing rotation of the head (50) relative to the conduit (50) during jetting of the treatment fluid. The elongate conduit (50) is reelable (10) and is inserted into the downhole wellbore (W) from a reel (10) at the surface, through a pressure control device (40) containing wellbore pressure within the downhole wellbore (W) during insertion of the elongate conduit (50) from the reel (10).
