The tunnel boring machine cutterhead device comprises a vertical guide frame, a cutter-expanded boring head and an advanced cutterhead that are fixedly connected in a vertical order from top to bottom so as to form an integrated structure. The vertical guide frame is a hollow cylindrical structure and driven to rotate around an axis of the vertical guide frame by a power mechanism, and an outer wall of the vertical guide frame is provided with multiple sets of first guide rollers.

Cutter head arrangement
A cutter head arrangement comprising a cutter head portion including a cutter head side wall to define a chamber (or cavity) surrounded by the cutter head side wall. A substantially circular rim portion extends from (a distal end of) the cutter head side wall, the rim portion defining a working, contact face of the cutter head portion. A recessed wall portion extends away from the rim portion inwardly into the chanber so as to be surrounded by the cutter head side wall, with the rim portion and/or the recessed wall portion being fitter with a plurality of cutter elemenets, to enable the cutter head portion to blind bore a pilot hole in use. The recessed wall portion that extends away from the rim portion inwardly into the chamber is a substantially conical body so as to define a conical recess.

The torque amplification driver includes a pressure balance valve, a planetary reducer, a drive flange and a main bearing. The deep shaft line extension device includes a float, a pulley assembly, a line reel, a steel wire and a winch.

The center pillar directly leads from the well bottom to the wellhead and is connected to a slide rack comprised in the derrick on the ground. The well wall support and protection system (6) is mounted on the device platforms at the rear of the driving system (4) and around the driving system (4). The shaft drilling machine solves the construction problem of large shafts in mines and the like, implements parallel construction operations of automated mechanical integrated complete devices having a series of functions such as shaft driving, residue discharging, support and protection, drainage and ventilation, facilitates dismounting and mounting of the device, saves preparation time, improves the construction efficiency, reduces construction cost, improves construction safety, and has a wide application range.
