20180252104 · 2018-09-06 ·

The present invention relates to a tunneling methods and, particularly to installing an internal or external pre-support member along with a post support member and an apparatus therefor. The tunneling method includes: excavating a pilot tunnel in a main tunnel to be built; radially forming a drilled hole from an excavation surface of the pilot tunnel to a tip end of an internal pre-support member of the main tunnel at locations in the pilot tunnel; inserting the internal pre-support member into the drilled hole, and conducting grouting and fixing the internal pre-support member; excavating the tunnel along an excavation line of the main tunnel and spraying shotcrete to an excavation surface of the main tunnel; installing a post-support member between internal pre-support members in the excavation surface of the main tunnel; and connecting the internal pre-support member and the post-support member with a plate type support member.

ANTI-SPALLING BLOCKING BAR FOR LARGE CROSS-SECTION COAL GALLERY EXCAVATION WORK SURFACE AND SUPPORTING METHOD

Disclosed are an anti-spalling blocking bar for a large cross-section coal gallery excavation work surface and a supporting method. The anti-spalling blocking bar comprises a blocking bar (1) and a support bar (7). Both a top portion of the blocking bar and an end of the support bar are provided with screw holes (2). A steel peg (5) is provided on an outer side of a bottom portion of the blocking bar. Locking teeth (6) is provided on an inner side of a mid-upper portion of the blocking bar, and a locking catch (8) is provided on one end of the support bar. The blocking bar and support bar are secured, using the screw hole and a screw bolt, to a temporary support device. After removing coal, a tool is used to hammer the blocking bar so as to wedge the steel peg thereof into a coalface (13). The locking catch of the support bar is held within the locking teeth to support a coal heading. After use, the blocking bar and support bar can be retrieved and suspended, using a hanging device, from the temporary support device. The anti-spalling blocking bar offers the advantages of easy installation, good support, reusability, convenient storage, and the like. The invention reduces the probability of personnel injury caused by coal loosening and falling from the heading, shortens the time for establishing coal heading support, and enhances a safety index and an excavation speed of a large cross-section coal gallery excavation work surface.

MOVABLE FORMWORK SYSTEM FOR CLADDING PART OF A TUNNEL
20260022637 · 2026-01-22 ·

A movable formwork system for lining part of a tunnel includes a guide rail, a fastening component for fastening the guide rail to a surface of the tunnel to be lined, a formwork panel coupled to the guide rail, a rolling component sliding on a surface of the guide rail and attached to the formwork panel, and an anchoring structure having one part attached to the formwork panel and another part projecting from the formwork panel and is configured to be fastened to a surface of the tunnel to be lined. The formwork panel along with the anchoring structure can move together guided by the guide rail when the anchoring structure is not fastened to a surface of the tunnel to be lined. The system is applicable for building mined soft-ground tunnels, for example, where the so-called Belgian tunneling method is recommended.
