MOBILE BARRIER
A safety trailer is shown including first and second platforms, at least one of said first and second platforms having an axle and wheels attached thereto; a plurality of interconnected wall sections positioned between and connected to the first and second platforms, the plurality of wall sections defining a protected work area on a side of the trailer; and wherein the trailer supports a ballast member, the ballast member being positioned near a first side of the trailer and the wall sections near a second, opposing side of the trailer, the ballast member offsetting, at least partially, a weight of the plurality of wall sections.

APPARATUS FOR SIGNALING A ROADSIDE EMERGENCY
An apparatus for signaling a roadside emergency includes a plurality of panels including a first-panel, a second-panel, and a third-panel, a plurality of markings, and a plurality of attachment means. The second-panel and third-panel include words to alert other drivers and emergency service. The plurality of markings are disposed about a surface area of the plurality of panels to provide a visual indicator. The plurality of attachment means are configured to attach the plurality of panels to a vehicle. The apparatus may be used to signal the roadside emergency by providing a highly visible safety sign or banner for applying to a vehicle.

Signal system
A signal system for a vehicle has a vehicle mount that is configured to be attached to the vehicle. A power source is arranged through the vehicle mount and electrically coupled to a vehicle power source. A solenoid is electrically coupled to the power source and mechanically coupled to a spring. An arrow main pole is mechanically coupled to the spring, a first head blade and a second head blade. A solenoid controller is electrically coupled to the solenoid. Activating the solenoid controller engages the spring to rotate the arrow main pole approximately 180 degrees in a first direction into an expanded arrangement. Collapsing of this expanded arrangement by hand reloads the rotational energy back into the springs that can produce a future expanded arrangement.
Mobile barrier
A safety trailer including first and second platforms, at least one of said first and second platforms having an axle and wheels attached thereto; a plurality of interconnected wall sections positioned between and connected to the first and second platforms, the plurality of wall sections defining a protected work area on a side of the trailer; and wherein each wall section has a lower bracing section comprising a single horizontal beam, two diagonal braces and a plurality of cross-braces, to allow workers in the protected work area to access a portion of the area under the wall section.

VEHICLE EMERGENCY SAFETY DEVICE USING SELFIE STICK
The present invention relates to a vehicle emergency safety device using a selfie stick, the device comprising: a support which comprises a plurality of poles with different diameters, including first, second, third, and fourth poles, wherein the poles are successively nested in the first pole with the largest diameter and withdrawn therefrom up to a desired length in a telescopic manner; two fixing brackets installed in the lower portion of the support; a joint part installed in the upper portion of the support; a cradle which is installed in the upper portion of the joint part and can be rotated 360 degrees by a second adjusting screw; and a flashing light inserted into and fixed to the cradle.
TRUCK SAFETY MODULES FOR ASSISTING WORKPERSONS TO PLACE AND RETRIEVE TRAFFIC DELINEATORS
Right and left safety module embodiments are designed to be installed in insets located midway along right and left sides of flatbed trucks. The modules provide man baskets that have lower and upper platforms. While the truck is being driven alongside a roadway work zone, a workperson standing on the module's lower platform either 1) moves traffic delineators one at a time from the upper platform, and then places the delineators at spaced locations alongside the roadway work zone, or 2) removes traffic delineators one at a time from spaced locations alongside the roadway work zone, and then places the delineators onto the upper platform. Vertically movable safety rails and pivotal safety gates of the modules prevent falls from the modules of workpersons standing on the lower platform.
