CONCRETE BLOCK, PARTICULARLY ACCESS-DENIAL BOLLARD, WITH ADDITIONAL FUNCTIONALITIES
Disclosed is a concrete block, preferably made of fiber-reinforced concrete, including a body and anchor intended for lifting the block. The anchor is secured to the body and arranged in blind cavities without protruding out of these cavities, particularly arranged at the level of one of the faces of the body of the block such as the upper face of the block when the block is in the installed position on the ground. The body includes reservations and/or attachment/association components, the reservations and the attachment/association component being intended for attaching, preferably removably, or associating, technical equipment that is to be associated with the block. The concrete block is intended to constitute an access-denial bollard and, as a secondary function, a block for supporting and to which to fix technical equipment.
Half barrel traffic barricade
A half barrel traffic barricade for use with an annular traffic barricade base includes a half tube-shaped vertical wall having a top end and a bottom end. A top panel is provided at and closing the vertical wall top end. The annular traffic barricade base is adapted to be received over the vertical wall and engages the bottom end thereof for supporting the traffic barricade in a vertical position. Preferably, the vertical wall further includes a convex front face, a concave rear face, and vertical wall edges. Stacking flanges can be provided extending along the vertical wall edges and a nesting/stacking pocket is defined between the concave rear face and the top panel. The traffic barricade is nestable/stackable with other traffic barricades by inserting the front face thereof into the nesting/stacking pocket of an adjacent traffic barricade with the stacking flanges of adjacent traffic barricades being placed against/abutting one another.

TRAFFIC FLOW BARRIER WITH CORRESPONDING PRODUCTION MOLD AND HAND CART
A barrier system is used to block a travel path. The barriers block and direct paths of vehicular and pedestrian travel. The barriers may be shaped substantially as a truncated pyramid with a base surface and planar sides extending from the edges of the base surface to a top portion, where the cross-sectional area of the base surface is larger than the cross-sectional area of the top portion. The angles of inclination between the planar sides and the interior of the base surface are acute angles. The bollard can be cast from heavy dense materials. The bollard includes at least two overhanging lips on the planar sides of the barrier between the base surface and the top portion. The configurations of the bollards provide improved placement, such as with cranes, hand carts, and other devices. Molds to cast the barriers and hand carts to move the barriers are also disclosed.

SIGN WITH PLANTER BASE
Sign apparatuses are disclosed, configured with a base, a display panel, and a support post. The base of the sign apparatus may include a planter portion containing display elements such as plant material, where the plant material comprises at least a portion of the ballast weight necessary to stabilize the sign apparatus against the wind and other forces. The base may also include a ballast area for holding additional ballast material.

Portable Barrier Device
A portable barrier device and method of use are disclosed. The device may include a primary body unit, which may include one or more light sources, reflectors, and signs, any of which may be permanently or removably attached, such as by the use of magnets or slots. The device may include a power source, such as a battery, or it may be externally powered. The device may be used to power the light sources or to power or charge peripheral devices. The device may include one or more legs which may be removably attached or may rotate, slide, or otherwise fold out or extend to support the device and create a portable barrier. The device may also include one or more handles to aid in transport of the device. The legs may be manually deployed or using single-handed operation.
