DEPOT FOR REFUSE DRONES
A depot for autonomous land-based refuse drones includes a chassis anchored to a ground surface, a container defining a storage volume for refuse, a collection implement, and refuse actuators. The collection implement is configured to selectively couple with at least one of (i) refuse within a drone storage volume or (ii) a portion of the one of the autonomous land-based refuse drones that defines the drone storage volume. The refuse actuators are operably coupled with the collection implement and configured to drive the collection implement to perform an unloading operation. The unloading operation includes selectively coupling, moving, and de-coupling from at least one of the refuse within the drone storage volume or the portion of the autonomous land-based refuse drone that defines the drone storage volume to unload the refuse from the drone storage volume into the storage volume of the container.
REFUSE COLLECTION SYSTEM
A refuse collection includes one or more memory devices storing instructions thereon, that, when executed by one or more processors, cause the one or more processors to (a) receive a request for refuse collection from a customer, the request including a desired time of the refuse collection, (b) identify, based on the request, a location of a pickup zone associated with the customer, and (c) control, based on the request, the refuse collection robot to autonomously navigate to the location of the pickup zone at the desired time and perform the refuse collection.
REFUSE COLLECTION SYSTEM
A refuse collection system includes one or more memory devices storing instructions thereon, that, when executed by one or more processors, cause the one or more processors to (a) receive a request for refuse collection from a customer, (b) identify, based on the request, a location of a pickup zone associated with the customer, (c) receive location data indicating a current location of the refuse collection robot, (d) generate a route for the refuse collection robot to travel from the current location of the refuse collection robot to the location of the pickup zone, and (e) control the refuse collection robot to follow the route and perform the refuse collection.
REFUSE COLLECTION SYSTEM
A refuse collection system includes one or more memory devices storing instructions thereon, that, when executed by one or more processors, cause the one or more processors to (a) control a refuse collection robot containing a volume of refuse to navigate to a refuse depot, (b) control the refuse depot to remove the volume of refuse from the refuse collection robot, (c) receive a request from a customer for delivery of a package, (d) identify, based on the request, a location of a pickup zone associated with the customer, (e) control the refuse collection robot to receive the package, and (f) control the refuse collection robot to transport the package to the pickup zone.
LOADING AREA FOR ROAD SWEEPER
A loading area (1) for road sweeper (10) is provided comprising a tub (2) suitable to contain waste and defining at least an opening (20) through which waste can escape from the tub (2), a complementary surface (21) adjacent to the opening (20), a lid (3) configured to occupy, on command, the opening (20); a constraining mechanism (4) constraining in a compliant way the lid (3) to the tub (2) in such a manner to determine at least a closing configuration in which the lid (3) occupies entirely the opening (20), and an opening configuration in which the lid (3) frees entirely the opening (20); operation means (5) operatively connected to the constraining mechanism (4) and configured to bring the constraining mechanism (4) from the closing configuration to the opening configuration or vice versa; in which the constraining mechanism (4) is connected to said tub (2) at the complementary surface (21) and it is configured so that, in the opening configuration, the lid (3) is at least partially superimposed on the complementary surface (21).
WORK EQUIPMENT
A work equipment that can temporarily store an article that is collected while traveling, and includes a work equipment main body, a container device configured to store the article collected by the work equipment main body while being connected to the work equipment main body, and to travel to and back from a collected article destination by being detached from the work equipment main body, a travel drive unit configured to cause the container device to travel, a battery mounted to the container device to power the travel drive unit, a battery state of charge sensor configured to detect a remaining battery charge of the battery, and a control unit that determination whether the container device may be detached from the work equipment main body or not according to the remaining battery charge.
Sweeping machine with side loading broom
A vehicular sweeping machine includes a frame and a broom assembly that is mounted to the frame. The broom assembly includes a broom enclosure, a left hub that is mounted on a left hub mount arm, and a right hub that is mounted on a right hub mount arm. A broom is mounted between the left hub and the right hub. An outer tube is attached to the rear of the broom enclosure and to one of the left and right hub mount arms. An inner tube has a fixed end that is attached to the left or right hub mount arm to which the outer tube is not attached. The inner tube also has a free end that is adapted to slide within the outer tube. A linear actuator is attached between the broom enclosure and the left or right hub mount arm to which the fixed end of the inner tube is attached. The linear actuator is adapted to move the hub mount arm to which it is attached between an inner position in which the broom is engaged with the left hub and the right hub and an outer position in which the broom is disengaged from one or both of the left hub and the right hub.
Street sweeper
An industrial street sweeper attachment removably attaches to a prime mover with a quick coupler and has a forward debris collecting hopper mounted on the front of a rotary brush compartment having a floating sweeping brush therein. The debris collecting hopper is hingedly attached to the brush compartment and has a linkage therebetween having a lifting arm and a lifting hydraulic cylinder which can remotely lock the debris collecting hopper to the brush compartment to receive swept debris from the rotary sweeping brush and can be remotely lifted to an open position for discharging debris.
Debris hopper for a vehicle and method thereof
A vehicle includes a frame and a debris hopper including a door disposed along a side of the vehicle. The vehicle also includes front and rear lift assemblies supporting the debris hopper on the frame and configured to lift and tilt the debris hopper relative to the frame. Each lift assembly includes a transverse support mounted across the frame. A lift arm including a first end and an opposite second end, with the first end of the lift arm pivotably coupled to one end of the transverse support. A leg extending below the debris hopper and disposed proximate the door, with the second end of the lift arm pivotably coupled to one end of the leg opposite of the debris hopper. A first fluid actuator extending between the transverse support and the lift arm, and a second fluid actuator extending between the lift arm and the leg.
