Dry filtration system
12214482 · 2025-02-04 · ·

A mobile vehicle mounted dry filtration system to support a grinder system used for removal of markings, creating rumble strips, or the like. Blowers create a vacuum for drawing debris and dust from the grinder system into a debris bin. Large debris is removed from the vacuum draw and remains in the bin for later disposal. Small particles and dust are drawn into parallel positioned filter cyclones that have a cyclonic separation followed by flexible and inexpensive bag filters. The flexible filters are cleaned using vibrating diaphragms mounted on the top of the filter cyclones subject to a reverse air flow by the blowers using slide valves. A polishing tank containing water receives the exhaust from the filter cyclones for removal of airborne particles and sound suppression.

Multi-purpose module for cleaning the road platform after car accidents, in order to re-establish safe and practicable road conditions
09752292 · 2017-09-05 · ·

A vehicle for re-establishing safe roadway conditions after a car accident by cleaning the roadway. The vehicle includes a first tank containing clean water; a second tank containing a washing liquid for washing oil and other fluids off the road; and a suction tank containing emulsion obtained by collecting the washing liquid and the oil materials. The vehicle also includes a high-pressure water gun; a suction system for removing the emulsion from the roadway; and a suction tube for removing debris from the road, such as broken glass and pieces of plastic. The high-pressure water gun and suction system are powered by an internal combustion engine which powers a pump and three-way distributor which pumps pressurized oil through a hydraulic circuit. There is also a level sensor to measure the quantity of liquid in the suction tank so that the combustion engine is switched off when suction tank is full.

A mobile cleaning system to be used for cleaning organic liquids from a hard surface includes tanks for storing water, and for storing used, dirty water after cleanup. A water-based cleaner is sprayed onto the spill, which can be, but need not be, done in connection with the cleanup system. A high throughput vacuum system removes the hot water and the spill materials concurrently as the hot water is applied to the treated area. The vacuumed liquids are stored in an on-board tank for later disposal.

An installation for the maintenance of road surfaces, or located on several sections of road, on the median line of the road or on one of its sides, which installation operates according to meteorological parameters measured in real time by the weather station associated with each section or during the issuing of a warning code in the geographical area of each section and which is composed of an air compressor, a compressed air tank, one or more reservoirs for the intervention fluids, connected by connections to a pump unit, controlled by a GSM module with remote relay according to the commands of a server, the fluids circulating through connections and pipe sections mounted underground in the roadway, compression collars being arranged on each pipe section and connected to spraying sub-assemblies consisting of direction valves, flow restrictors, movable quick couplers and nozzles, the installation allowing automated actions based on the interpretation of meteorological data received from weather stations.

METHODS OF TREATING BITUMEN-CONTAINING SURFACES
20250223766 · 2025-07-10 ·

Methods of treating bitumen-containing surfaces to improve surface friction are described. The method may include applying a non-caustic composition to the bitumen-containing surface, wherein the non-caustic composition is capable of dissolving components of the bitumen-containing surface, such as tar and oil. Following application of the non-caustic composition to the bitumen-containing surface, the method may further include steps of spraying the bitumen-containing surface with water and removing loose or loosened debris from the bitumen-containing surface. In some embodiments, water is sprayed at ultra high pressure, and in some embodiments, debris is removed through the use of cyclonic airflow.
