Plow assembly linkage
A linkage for an implement is provided for connection to a vehicle. The linkage may be configured to allow extension of the linkage along its longitudinal axis, with a spring under tension that urges the linkage toward a primary operating position.
Plow assembly
A snow plow having a lift actuator for a snow plow of a vehicle. The lift actuator including a lift actuator reservoir configured to accumulate compressible gas, which is operable to bias the lift actuator toward an extended position. A pneumatic valve may be operable to selectively control supply of compressible gas from a gas reservoir to the lift actuator reservoir.

SCRAPING DEVICE FOR CLEANING A ROADWAY SURFACE
The device includes two opposing lateral wings forming the right and left sides of the scraping device. Each wing includes an upper section through which the wing is attached to the central support about a vertical pivot axis, and a bottom section that is pivotable with respect to the upper section about a first horizontal pivot axis. Each wing can follow the unevenness of the roadway surface and may also include parts that can pivot backwards in case of a frontal impact with an obstacle. The scraping device offers a very high degree of versatility and can clean various kinds of roadway surfaces with an unprecedented level of efficiency.
SNOW PLOW ASSEMBLY
A snow plow assembly comprises an angle frame adapted to be operably mounted to a vehicle, a quadrant frame, a plow blade mounted to the quadrant frame, a drive link pivotally connected to the angle frame and the quadrant frame at first and second pivot points, respectively, a swing link pivotally connected to the angle frame and the quadrant frame at third and fourth pivot points, respectively, the angle frame, quadrant frame, drive link, and swing link, and the first, second, third, and fourth pivot points defining a four-bar linkage, and a first actuator pivotally connected on one end to the angle frame at a fifth pivot point and pivotally connected on the other end to the drive link at a sixth pivot point, wherein extending the first actuator causes the quadrant frame and hence the plow blade to rotate in a first direction from a neutral position generally perpendicular to a longitudinal axis of the vehicle, and retracting the first actuator causes the quadrant frame and hence the plow blade to rotate in a second opposite direction from the neutral position.
V-SHAPED SNOWPLOW BLADE WITH TRIP EDGE AND PIVOTABLE SNOW SHIELD
A multi-position snowplow blade, a snowplow incorporating the blade and a method of use thereof. The blade includes left and right wings that each having a trip edge pivotally engaged therewith. Each trip edge includes a lower section of a moldboard, a cutting edge, and a snow shield. A biasing assembly biases the trip edge into alignment with an upper section of the moldboard. The trip edges trip when the blade strikes an obstacle on a surface being plowed. When the trip edge trips, it pivots about a horizontal axis and relative to the associated upper section. Each snow shield pivotally engages the lower section of the associated trip edge and pivots relative thereto when the trip edge trips. The pivotal motion of the two snow shields widens a gap therebetween and helps to reduce the possibility of damage to the pivoting trip edges.
CONTAINMENT PLOW
A containment plow adapted to be mounted to a vehicle such as a skid steer, a wheeled loader, or a tractor comprises a moldboard frame, a moldboard mounted to the moldboard frame, a wing pivotally connected to the moldboard frame adjacent each end of the moldboard, a moldboard cutting edge mounted to a lower edge of the moldboard and comprising a plurality of cutting edge segments, and a wing cutting edge mounted to a lower edge of each wing. Each moldboard cutting edge segment is mounted so as to have two rotational degrees of freedom movement relative to the moldboard and one translational degree of freedom movement relative to the moldboard. Each wing cutting edge is mounted so as to have two rotational degrees of freedom movement relative to the wing.
PLOW ASSEMBLY LINKAGE
A linkage for an implement is provided for connection to a vehicle. The linkage may be configured to allow extension of the linkage along its longitudinal axis, with a spring under tension that urges the linkage toward a primary operating position.
SNOW SHOVEL AND METHOD OF USING THE SAME
A snow shovel and a method of using the snow shovel are provided. The snow shovel comprises an elongated shaft, a blade movably coupled to the shaft, a lock mechanism for locking the shaft to the blade and a spring-loaded cable running through the elongated shaft. The lock mechanism comprises a plurality of notches located on a rear surface of the blade and a locking bar attached to the spring-loaded cable. Upon pulling upward the spring-loaded cable, the locking bar is released from the notch such that the blade can be adjusted relative to the shaft.
CONTAINMENT PLOW
A containment plow adapted to be mounted to a vehicle such as a skid steer, a wheeled loader, or a tractor, comprises a moldboard frame, a moldboard mounted to the moldboard frame, a moldboard cutting edge mounted to a lower edge of the moldboard and comprising a plurality of cutting edge segments, each moldboard cutting edge segment mounted so as to have two rotational degrees of freedom movement relative to the moldboard and one translational degree of freedom movement relative to the moldboard, and a moldboard extension and wing assembly connected to the moldboard frame adjacent each end of the moldboard. The assembly comprises an extension frame, a moldboard extension mounted to the extension frame, a wing connected to the extension frame at an outboard end of the moldboard extension, the moldboard extension having one of the cutting edge segments mounted to a lower edge of the moldboard extension, the moldboard extension cutting edge segment mounted so as to have two rotational degrees of freedom movement relative to the moldboard extension and one translational degree of freedom movement relative to the moldboard extension.
