Thin plate apparatus for removing debris from water
A product that is an apparatus for removing debris from water containing such debris using a perforated plate, a backer plate, and a skimmer, positioned adjacent the back of the perforated plate to provide a means of removing debris from the perforated plate without scraping the debris from the perforated plate, the skimmer bar and the backer plate being synchronized in their movement.
Waste screening apparatus
The present discloses a waste screening apparatus comprising: a main body; a waste screener vertically and tiltedly disposed in the main body to screen wastes in the input water and to allow waste-removed water to be discharged through water discharge holes defined in both side faces of the main body respectively, wherein the waste screener vertically circulates in a conveyor manner, wherein the input water is input to a front, rear and bottom of the waste screener; wherein the main body includes: both side walls having the water discharge holes defined therein respectively to allow waste-removed water to be discharged out from the waste screener therethrough; and a rear blocking wall disposed at a rear of the waste screener to be spaced from the waste screener, wherein the input water passes through front and rear portions of the waste screener with wastes being removed from the input water, and, then, is discharged out through the water discharge holes defined in the both side walls respectively.
Screen Cleaning Device for Cleaning a Bar Rack of a Screen, and Screen
In one aspect, a screen cleaning device for cleaning a bar rack of a screen includes at least one clearing element for picking up and removing screenings retained by the screen. The screen cleaning device also includes a lifting winch relative to which a first pulling means and a second pulling means can be wound and unwound, wherein the clearing element is moved along a lifting direction as the pulling means are wound and unwound. Additionally, the screen cleaning device includes at least one actuating device configured to manipulate the second pulling means such that the clearing element is swiveled between a clearing position and an open position. The second pulling means is connected to the lifting winch at a first end and to the actuating device at a second end. Moreover, the second pulling means is guided via a return mechanism which is mounted on the clearing element.
Device for separating and removing material to be sieved from a flowing liquid contaminated with material to be sieved
A device for separating and removing material to be sieved from flowing liquid includes a screen forming a sieve surface and fixed to a frame with grate bars arranged beside one another and separated from each other. At least one cleaning rake with numerous cleaning prongs can be in a conveying direction along the screen via a drive. When the cleaning prongs pass the screen, they engage at least in sections between adjacent grate bars to remove the material to be sieved and held back by the screen, thereby conveying it towards a discharge. The cleaning prongs may be configured to be movable laterally back and forth with regard to the conveying direction and with regard to the screen.
Duckweed removal and collection device
Apparatus for removal and collection of duckweed from a body of water comprising an engine, a turbine duckweed collection assembly having a housing with a duckweed collection inlet, a duckweed discharge outlet, and a well located between collection inlet and discharge outlet, a series of spaced elements supported on a rotatable shaft and located within well with the shaft connected to the combustible engine to rotationally drive spaced elements within well to create a vortex pumping action in the body of water drawing free floating duckweed into collection inlet, through well and out from discharge outlet, a platform supporting combustible engine and turbine duckweed collection assembly in an upright condition, and a collection manifold assembly connected to discharge outlet and includes a water permeable collection bag receiving and collecting duckweed while allowing water to escape therethrough and return back to the body of water.
Fine Mesh Fish Larvae Protection System for Traveling Water Screens
A traveling water screen comprises a basket having a frame including an upper portion, a lower portion, and side portions, a coarse screen secured to the frame, a fine screen overlay attachable to the coarse screen, and a bucket portion secured to a lower portion of the frame, comprising an inner wall surface, and at least one deflector secured to the inner wall surface.
Conveyor belt filter device
The invention relates to a conveyor belt filter device for mechanically cleaning a liquid which flows through a channel and is polluted with solids, comprising an endless filter belt of interconnected flat filter elements which can be pivoted against one another, and a flexible driving means which is guided over a lower deflection device and at least one upper deflection device and comprising a framework which carries the deflection devices and the filter belt, wherein in the area of the upper deflection device a wiper device is arranged which can be driven to rotate and is arranged on a swinging link which is mounted on the framework, the wiper device being supported against the weight of the wiper device by a support device, and the support device being arranged together with the upper deflection device on a common carrier which is adjustable with respect to the framework.
Self-actuating debris removal device
The disclosure relates to a self-actuating debris removal or disruption device for use on a punch plate or other like water screening instrument.
