FOUNDATION PIER SYSTEM AND METHOD
A concentrically loaded foundation pier system which includes several concentrically stacked steel pipes filled with concrete. The entire pier is installed centrally beneath the footing of the structure. Shims are placed between the top-most pier element and a pier cap which prevents shifting when the soil expands and contracts. The final structure is end-loaded and pressed to the bedrock or other load-bearing strata. An alternative embodiment includes a temporary lifting assembly which can be fastened about the structural pier without need for bolts or other fasteners.
MACHINE AND METHOD FOR EARTH-WORKING
A machine and a method for earth-working with a machine, having a mast, along which a top drive can be moved vertically by an adjusting device, through which top drive a telescopic kelly bar is displaceably guided, which has at least one outer kelly bar, which is designed to come to lie on the top drive, and one inner kelly bar, which comprises a rope suspension for a rope, through which the inner kelly bar is moved vertically by a rope winch. The adjusting device for the top drive and/or the main rope winch for the kelly bar is/are automatically controlled, wherein the inner kelly bar is moved relative to the top drive in some areas in a rapid travel mode at a first speed and in some areas in a conservative travel mode, in which the speed is reduced in comparison with the first speed.
Drive point for a pile
A drive point for a substantially tubular, in particular hollow cylindrical, driven pile having a pile core through which concrete can be introduced into the driven pile, wherein the drive point can be fitted onto a pile end of the driven pile, wherein at least one first supporting web with a first contact surface for an end face of the pile end is arranged on an inner wall of the drive point, wherein starting from a plane of a first bearing surface the drive point has a cavity which extends at least partially in a driving direction and into which concrete can be introduced through the pile core when the driven pile is fitted, wherein at least one concrete outlet channel is provided which connects the cavity to an upper edge of the drive point.

High strength grouting method for single pile rock-socketed foundation of weakly weathered bed rock for offshore wind power
The present invention is a grouting method for single pile rock-socketed foundation for offshore wind power, comprising: driving a steel casing into an overburden layer to dig the overburden layer and a rock stratum so as to dig a pile hole; hoisting a steel pipe pile into the steel casing and positioning the steel pipe pile in the pile hole, wherein an annular cavity is formed between the inner walls of the steel pipe pile and the pile hole and the bottom of the steel casing; grouting a first grouting layer to the bottom of a pipe hole of the steel pipe pile; grouting a plurality of grouting layers into the upper end of the first grouting layer in the annular cavity; and pulling out the steel casing, wherein after a grouting solution is aged, the steel pipe pile is stably connected to the overburden layer and the rock stratum.
Concrete forming tube
A concrete forming tube formed from a thermoplastic material and having a first end, a second end, and a substantially uniform circumference from the first end to the second end.

IMPROVEMENTS IN AND RELATING TO PILE FOUNDATIONS
A pile (270) within a bore (110) comprises a column (250). The column (250) comprises a stack of a plurality of pile sections (300) arranged end-to-end within the bore (110). There is a cured material (260) between at least a part of an outside surface of the column (250) and the surface of the bore (110). The cured material, for example grout, may be provided through channels in the pile sections.
SHEATH FORMED BY AT LEAST ONE CIRCULAR KNIT FOR PRODUCING A REINFORCED CONCRETE PILE
A sheath for constructing a reinforced concrete pile, characterized in that the sheath is formed by at least one circular knit comprising having a series of meshes helically positioned so as to form a pipe. A method for constructing a reinforced concrete pile includes excavating to form a well, inserting one end of a reinforcing rod in a sheath, positioning the sheath on an area of the rod and introducing the rod into the well, installing a tremie pipe inside the rod, and filling the well with concrete using the tremie pipe.
