Adjustable rebar centralizer for use in a drilled shaft/bore hole
A system for centering a reinforcing member within a drilled shaft/bore hole includes a first cage member and a second cage member. The first cage member is operable to surround a first half of the reinforcing member. The second cage member is operable to surround a second half of the reinforcing member. The second cage member is operably connected to the first cage member, and the first and second cage members have identical shapes.
Ground anchor of which stress can be self-diagnosed, and construction method therefor
The present disclosure relates to a self-diagnosis type ground anchor and a construction method. The self-diagnosis type ground anchor includes: a bond length part located at a predetermined depth of a boring hole excavated from a target surface of the ground; a head part located near the target surface; and a tensile material provided by connecting the bond length part and the head part in a state of receiving a tensile force, so as to deliver an anchorage force of the bond length part to a structure. The self-diagnosis type ground anchor further includes a displacement measurement material of which one end is fixed at a predetermined position of the bond length part and the other end is placed in a free end form on the target surface, provided such that a relative displacement of the target surface for the bond length part can be detected.
PILE COUPLING FOR HELICAL PILE/TORQUED IN PILE
A pile includes a first pile section having a first end that engages a supporting medium and an opposing second end. A first end of a second pile section is engageable with the second end of the first pile section, each of the first and second pile sections having mating end fittings that create an interlocking fit. A sleeve overlays the first and second engaged ends of the first and second pile sections. At least one through hole aligned with at least one corresponding through hole of the first pile section is sized for receiving a fastener for securing the sleeve to the first pile section. In another version, the ends of the pile section are engaged in contact while the overlaying sleeve has a pair of interlocking sleeve or coupler portions that are configured to provide torsional resistance. Additional pile sections can be sequentially attached to the second pile section.
SCREWING-IN SYSTEM FOR INSERTING A THREADED ROD INTO A SUBSTRATE
A screwing-in system for inserting a threaded rod in the axial direction into a substrate, having a drive machine which rotationally drives a drive sleeve, it being possible to insert the threaded rod into the drive sleeve arranged on the drive machine, which drive sleeve can be connected to the threaded rod in a form-fitting manner and thus rotationally drives the threaded rod, wherein a component provided with an internal thread is fixed between the drive machine and the substrate, which component converts the rotational movement of the drive sleeve into a translational movement of the threaded rod, wherein the screwing-in machine is mounted on a carriage which is movable relative to the component.
ANCHOR SUPPORT MEMBER
An anchor support member supports an anchor bolt provided to the foundation of a building, and comprises: an attaching part that is attached to a formwork of the foundation; a retaining part that is connected to the attaching part and retains the anchor bolt; and a securing part that secures the attaching part to the formwork. The securing part secures the attaching part to the formwork such that the position of the anchor support member can be adjusted in a prescribed direction.
Method for producing an injection anchor in the ground and automatic post-grouting machine for the same
The invention relates to a method and a device for producing an injection anchor in the ground, wherein a bore is created in the ground, a hardening material for forming the anchor foot is injected by means of an injection member at least in a partial region of the bore, and after partial, not yet complete, hardening of the material a post-grouting medium is introduced under pressure in a region of the anchor foot via a post-grouting member, by which medium the not yet completely hardened anchor foot is broken up. According to the invention, provision is made for an automatic post-grouting machine to be connected to the post-grouting member, by which machine the post-grouting medium for breaking up the not yet hardened anchor foot is automatically introduced into the post-grouting member at a freely specifiable time.
Guy anchor remediation apparatus
A reinforcing system and/or means for reinforcing guyed structures or guyed construction techniques by supplementing or retrofitting the current anchoring system with a revised anchoring system which attaches or adapts to the current anchoring system.
Pumpable Resin System
A rock bolt system includes a fitting including a main body defining a central opening configured to receive a rock bolt and a grout body defining a space between the main body and the grout body, with the main body defining a grout opening in fluid communication with the central opening. The main body is rotatable relative to the grout body, with the grout body defining a resin port and a catalyst port. The resin port and the catalyst port are in fluid communication with the space and the grout opening of the main body. The system further includes a rock bolt defining a central opening, with the central opening of the rock bolt configured to be in fluid communication with the central opening of the fitting when the rock bolt is secured to the fitting.
DRY GROUT COMPOSITION AND CAPSULE FOR ANCHORING REINFORCING MEMBER, DOWEL OR ANCHOR ELEMENTS
A dry grout composition including a calcium aluminosulfate based hydraulic cement, a mineral filler, a thixotropic agent, and a superplasticizer agent. Also, an anchoring capsule, containing the dry grout composition, for use in anchoring reinforcing member dowel, or anchor elements in a hole of a substrate, and a method of use.
