DREDGING DEVICE
The present disclosure provides a dredging device including a body. The body includes a salvaging device salvaging sludge, a crushing device crushing the sludge, a sludge discharging device discharging the sludge, and an adjustiug device adjusting a height of the dredging device and moving. The salvaging device includes a driving wheel, a driven wheel, a transmission belt, salvaging hoppers. The dredging device further includes a second motor, crushing wheels, and a baffle. The second motor is turned on to drive a first gear to engage with second gears, so that rotating shafts drive the crushing wheels to crush sludge and larger stones. The baffle blocks an upper portion of the crushing wheels, which avoids the sludge splashing on a worker.
Hydraulic power shovel with tamping function
A hydraulic power shovel includes a frame, a power cylinder, a hydraulic installation, and a control unit. The frame is configured to support a turret equipped with an arm terminated by a tool, such as a bucket having a tamping surface. The power cylinder is linked to the arm and is configured to press on the turret. The hydraulic installation includes an adjustable flow pump configured to supply the power cylinder via a slide valve and a hydraulic liquid tank. The control unit is linked to (i) a control member actuated by the operator and configured to generate a control signal, and (ii) a sensor configured to generate a sensor signal corresponding to a pressure and temperature of hydraulic liquid in the power cylinder. A vapour pressure diagram of the hydraulic liquid is available in the control unit.
EARTH-MOVING MACHINE SENSING AND CONTROL SYSTEM
An example work machine control system includes target fill level determination logic configured to determine a target fill level for a container of an earth-moving work machine, fill level measurement logic configured to receive a sensor signal from a sensor that detects contents of the container and generate a measurement metric indicative of a current fill level of the container based on the sensor signal, and control logic configured to generate a machine control signal based on the measurement metric and the target fill level.
Removable wiper wall
A scraper having a frame with a first removable sidewall removably coupled to the frame, a second removable sidewall removably coupled to the frame, a rear bucket pivotally coupled to the frame and having a dump position and a carry position, the rear bucket comprising a first rear sidewall positioned on a first side of the rear bucket and a second rear sidewall positioned on a second side of the rear bucket. Wherein, the first removable sidewall is positioned adjacent to the first rear sidewall and the second removable sidewall is positioned adjacent to the second rear sidewall. Further wherein, as the rear bucket transitions between the carry position and the dump position, the first and second removable sidewalls move relative to the surface of the corresponding first and second rear sidewalls.
EXCAVATOR
An excavator according to an embodiment of the present invention includes a lower traveling body, an upper turning body with an attachment mounted on the lower traveling body, and a controller installed in the upper turning body. The controller is configured to restrict movement of the lower traveling body based on information about terrain around the upper traveling body.
Stall plow
A stall plow removably attaches to a prior art skid steer using available quick connect couplers. The stall plow has a moldboard that is configured to completely remove waste bedding from a livestock free stall from the area adjacent to the curb and deliver it to the alley, where a prior art machine can then complete removal of the waste bedding from the alley. The moldboard includes a primary scraper section and side cutter that scrapes and lifts waste bedding up and over the curb. A curb section and curb flange then shift the bedding over to the alley and drop waste bedding into the alley, where a discharge spreader levels and distributes the waste. An extensible arm and hydraulic extension cylinder adjusts the moldboard transversely relative to direction of travel. An angle and pitch adjuster sets the moldboard for a particular free stall geometry and bedding material composition.
Armored Rigging System
An assembly and method for using a flexible tensile member as part of the rigging for a heavy machine such as those used in the mining industry. The inventive tensile member includes a core surrounded by a separate armor layer. The armor layer assumes various forms, including a hollow cylinder having a substantial wall thickness. The core produces excellent strength in tension (and with a substantial reduction in weight). The armor layer protects the core from external blows and forces produced by the weight of the other parts of the machine's rigging and the hostile environment in which the machine operates.
Shovel
A shovel includes a lower traveling body, an upper turning body turnably attached to the lower traveling body, an automatic greasing device mounted on the upper turning body, and a control device configured to control the automatic greasing device. The control device is configured to control timing to start greasing by the automatic greasing device based on the past operating condition of the shovel.
WORK MACHINE MEASUREMENT SYSTEM, WORK MACHINE, AND MEASURING METHOD FOR WORK MACHINE
A work machine measurement system includes an image acquisition unit that acquires an image of a work target captured, while a swinging body of a work machine is swinging, by an image capturing device mounted on the swinging body, a three-dimensional position calculation unit that calculates a three-dimensional position of the work target based on the image, a swing data acquisition unit that acquires swing data about the swinging body, a determination unit that determines whether or not the swing data satisfies a predefined swinging condition and an output unit that outputs a swinging instruction signal based on a result of the determination by the determination unit.
HYDRAULIC BYPASS CIRCUIT
Disclosed embodiments include hydraulic systems which provide power to lift, tilt and auxiliary (e.g., implement) functions, including high-flow auxiliary functions, with increased efficiency. Disclosed embodiments incorporate a single variable displacement pump that supplies pressurized fluid to a main control valve (e.g., for lift, tilt, and auxiliary functions) and a bypass circuit. The main control valve supplies fluid to control lift, tilt, and auxiliary flow for implements. The bypass circuit combines flow with the output of the auxiliary section of the main control valve to optionally provide high-flow for selected implements. The single variable displacement pump can then be set to different output flow levels, with the bypass circuit functioning differently under different conditions to optimize hydraulic flow to carryout various tasks under various conditions.
